VERY SAD... beginning with the service ... staff barely greeted us and then they were out of EVERYTHING!!! NO PICO, NO LETTUCE, NO SALT AND PEPPER... then to add insult to injury, the cashier had a MAJOR ATTITUDE... I'M SORRY ... but I had to ask myself.. Are we at Chipotle??? Tables were dirty... then she started cleaning after she saw me taking pictures ... disappointing because i Love Chipotle.... see photos ...

Talk about being skimpy with the protein! I don't think I've ever been to a chipotle where they used such a small amount of meat in my burrito. The steak quality also wasn't as good as at other locations. Not sure what's going on here or if it was just an off day. But i think I'll avoid this one from now on.

Everything is great, but something about their chips don’t hit home. They normally have a lemon flavor to it and salt, but these straight up lack that :( other than that, the orders I’ve gotten come delicious!

I’ve been going to Chipotle for 15 years, all over the DFW area. The 4-5 times I tried this place something always went wrong and I regret spending money here. So I give up, here’s my review:
Salsa flavorless
Chicken had gritty parts/flavorless
Food was cold
Order made incorrectly
Tortillas were old/dry
Beans were tough

Never had a problem at this location before till now. Almost lost my life from getting staph infection in my stomach from eating here. I am a new father and I am really upset that I was almost taken from my family. It hit me very hard. I still cannot eat anything 3 days later. I cant get hydrated still. Cost me a lot of money. I've been out of work. My family is very upset. The owners need to do something about this. If someone dies from your food like I almost did this will not be good. Do something about this. Or I will continue to speak up about this situation till the day I die. It is not right. Others may have gotten Ill as well. Doctor told me there's no way anyone else didn't get sick like me from this location. I pray that they didn't. I was told time will be what may get me back on my feet. Your company has made others sick in the past. Wash hands and stop cross contamination. I am also am upset because I don't like writing things like this about any company or person. People need to know this though.

I’ve been to this location exactly three times. Today being my 3rd, I’m a huge fan of chipotle and this location the foods flavor is their but my food is always cold. And today the rice was not done well it was still hard. I really thought my third time would fix my experience. Unfortunately it didn’t. Not sure if I would come back to this location 😕

I ordered a doordash burrito from this location and was extremely disappointed. They just sent a pile of chicken in a tortilla. No rice, beans, cheese or anything.

Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but I'd think they'd be better geared up for a Friday at lunch time. The food was just so-so. Chicken and steak were lukewarm, and everything tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. Not impressed.
