This Chipotle inside Northpark Mall has been going down dramatically in food quality, customer service, and consistency.
Every time I order something from here is always a new wrong thing. The food is cold not even warm, today the rice nor the chicken had any salt at all. The veggies looked like they’ve been cooked in the morning.
I really wish someday I’d be able to see the professionalism I see in other locations like the one at Southwestern and 75Hwy

Staff friendliness has drastically become the number one issue for this location. Food quality is a hit and miss. Some days it’s good, some days it tastes like leftover cardboard pulled from an easy bake oven. Regardless of the food, the one thing you can always count on is to be treated by the staff like the aforementioned cardboard leftovers.

Really great and busy Chipotle at N Central and Southwestern. The staff is awesome and my order is always on time for pickup. They do a great job handling pickup, dine in and delivery. Food is always delicious. I use the app to get my Gus mode discount and freebies. Always clean and well attended, including restrooms. Great Jody dealing with covid restrictions as well. Chipotle... I'm addicted!!!

Please hire adults to work here instead of these obnoxious teens. They have no business in the food industry and I saw two not even wearing gloves. That's illegal. Pay your good employees and get rid of the trash because the health department will put you on notice.

I eat at chipotle at least four times a week. I hate cooking. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer since 2002. I’ve been a regular to many different stores from Frankford @ Preston, Plano Pkwy @ 75, Coit @ 190, now I’m a regular at the store on Lemmon Ave.
Never in my life had I’ve had an issue and I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this has to be said.This my first and last experience at this Chipotle. It was a colossal failure.

Hands down the best fast food experience I’ve had. I stood in line forever, and they ran out of steak when it was my turn. Took awhile for them to restock, but no questions asked, he didn’t charge me since I had to wait. Still bought a soda.

Came to eat today and there are 4 people behind the counter. They didn't open until 25 minutes after open time and they hardly had any of the items ready. No tea, no vegetables, 1 kind of rice, etc. When we asked for items, they would said, "not yet!" Like no one in there really cared that even so long after open time, they weren't ready for customers. It was a very bad experience-. I won't waste my time here again.

This place is so unprofessional and slow! Me & a friend, pre-ordered our food. When we get there the order is wrong! How? I don't know, when you're reading off a paper. Then we wait 20 minutes just for them to fix it. While all this is happening the girl at the register "Yahna" has an attitude about our order consistently being wrong. After they finally get it right, she shrugs her shoulders and says "It's not my fault.". Then, my friend goes back wants to speak to a manager, the girl again, "Yahna" sarcastically says "That'll be another 20 minutes." Then goes to call my friend *mind you she is pregnant* That "Pregnant bitches always coming here having an attitude and bitch this, bitch that." To have one of Chipotles employees say this is very rude and unprofessional. Frankly, she needs to be fired! This will go to corporate!
