To start, My order was incorrect. I ordered a NBG combo with Sierra Mist, but received a soft taco and a quesadilla...had to remind the young man twice of my drink order. The staff was playing and goofing around. The young man working the drive-thru pants were sagging...so I was treated to the sight of his underwear and butt the entire time. Very poor behavior by the employees, so VERY BAD Experience at this location.

I don't even need AA review to know this place is garbage I'm always looking for a good taco bell that's always stocked alwaych check ur reviews before going to a taco bell it will let you know if they have. What you want the people will let you know

This place is a total mess ! M E S S ! I also heard they only take cash late night because they pocket the money and PSA they close at 2 am but dont come 3 hours before that because they are already closed. Somebody better fix this before i take the whole business down with the information i have. You have been warned.

Ordered 2 of the chulupa crunch boxes only received 1 and a partial was on my way to work couldn't turn back this place is terrible I know it's hard to get good employees right now but really they are bringing this location down and will never visit again they don't care and our food was cold very cold management should be Fired

The employees should be monitored and should receive some type of professional training. I understand that some people aren’t taught at home how to treat others but if you’re getting paid you should at least try to act professional. Everyone knows that “the customer is always right”. The manager should be more professional and not argue with the customer.

They were out of beans, cheese, and lettuce. How are you out of those when you serve Mexican food. But the staff did tell me about missing those items before I ordered.
