Just left this location and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for chicken to cook.... Then! They royalty screwed up my order! It happens every time! This is the worst chicken and the worst customer service. Too expensive for what you get! Will never eat here again!

The worst. Just left drive thru specifically asked for a chicken sandwich, they gave me two 3 pieces and charged me full price. They were such in a rush to close.

No matter what the CDC guidelines are they still should wear their Mask when fixing customer food. What is the use of having on a mask if you're not going to have it above your nose. Also it's not good for your customer to see employees pulling their mask up and down while fixing the customers food
I came in, waited at the window, and waited, and waited some more, and after not even being acknowledged, figured that they didn't want my business. Sad, because I was REALLY looking forward to sitting down to the Colonel's original recipe. At LEAST acknowledge people when they walk in. Don't IGNORE
