The smoothies at this location are top notch. They even have a keto friendly option. The staff is very professional . There is a employee named Clarity who is especially nice and really knows her smoothies. I would highly recommend this location. Definitely 5 stars!

It seems on Sundays now, they turn off online ordering in the afternoon, and closer to 7pm, they turn off the inside lights and some of the exterior lights so as to keep business slow. I've even tried to go inside to order after 5pm and been told "it's drive thru only". I understand things have changed since the pandemic but if these are the new hours, post it online, on the store, make it so everyone is aware. I'm tired of having to leave for work 30 minutes early just so I can make it to another location that doesn't mind actually working and interacting with customers

The girl at the window was curt. Rushing me to order, and then not bothering to confirm anything so I was just sitting there looking dumb until I asked if she heard me. At which point she elevated her voice and told me to come forward. The smoothie itself seemed like it wasn't cold enough and I could taste granules of something that wasn't properly mixed in. There are so many other better options in Oak Lawn of all places, like come correct or close down. 👎

Don't go here. It's the worst location I've ever been to. It's like they don't train the staff at all. The drink was so bad I asked for it to be remade. The remake was better but still so gross and just thrown together. They need to learn the recipes and get training. My body feels violated from this smoothie. 🤮

Horrible location! I walked in and one of the employees said" ugh Oh my God" as if we were a bother to her so her and the rest of the employees were annoyed by our presence as well as if they were slammed with too many orders and couldn't handle the rush. They didn't greet or even ask if we needed help or if we were ready to order! Very rude staff. The set up with fruits was disgusting and unappealing. The bananas looked smushy and the other fruits were scattered everywhere with nats flying on and around the fruits. The powder area was so messy the powders were mixed and spilled all around the area. We decided not to order and just walked out. Very unwelcoming and unsanitary place. 5/20/22 around 3:30 ish. I feel bad for all the people that were in the drive thru because they had no idea what is going on behind the scenes. Wish I didn't leave my phone in the car to have taken pics of the horrible experience.

Decent smoothies. The Drive-Thru is probably the most efficient, as the Online Mobile "Order Ahead" is hit or miss. Some days I'll order online ahead and it's ready before I get there. Other days like today I order ahead and 7 drive-thru customers and 3 walk up customers get taken care of 1st.

Smoothie King on Lemmon Ave is the best. Great customer service and awesome smoothies. I usually go in the mornings. The young ladies are very friendly and efficient.
