SKIP this location!! Who knows how the good tastes from this location because I left before I ordered. The SERVICE is terrible. I stood in like while a boy employee sat on his cell phone while a girl employee was working making smoothies. Then proceeded to help the people that JUST walked in the door while I had been waiting to order. Spend your money somewhere else where you are appreciated.

On this occasion at this establishment I had the worst experience. The store was not busy. It was 1 customer sitting down. I was not greeted by the staff. I went to register still not greeted. She never said a word. I placed my order a Sunrise Sunset smoothie. Paid with my card. I press the green circle to completed payment. I got my receipt and notice a 92¢ tip. I told her I don't want to tip her. She has bad customer service. She talks now ... You pressed the tip. I said your service was not worth a penny. I want that tip put back. She calls a guy from the back his attitude is worst then her service. All they had to do was apologize for the lack of customer service. He said I can go somewhere else for service. So I cancelled the whole order. He was having problems with my refund. He called his supervisor and lied.... Saying I didn't want to pay 92¢ tip. I told him it is not about a tip... Learn how to treat your customers without us there is no business. He gave me a receipt but it didn't say refund. So I will continue to see if the refund was processed. I went there again early in the morning... I had the best customer service. I told her what happen and I would like to address it the manager. I spoke with the regional office. He said someone will get back to me. The young woman who serviced me was great... She deserve a raise...

This location is one of best ones I have visited. Love their smoothies. Staff is attentive. Kurri (or a similar name) was very helpful and happy to accommodate a request last min. This used to be my go to place before I moved away from here.

i ordered through doordash and the food is really good especially the sunrise sunset smothie my fav!!. i havent dine in yet so i dont know how its in person but the food and drinks are FIRE!!

The smoothie is okay but the girl making it had no gloves on at all when she was making my smoothie it kinda disgusted me alittle.

First time here and decided to get the avocolada smoothie with that chia seed add in. IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD!!! The 2 employees working were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions patiently, and provided recommendations!

App wasnt working to place order so I called since I was in a time crunch and tropical smoothie cafes in general arent the quickest with food orders. Kenneth refused to take my order although I explained I had tried ordering via the app. He insisted they dont take orders over the phone even though he spent well more than the amount of time it would of taken to take my order on the phone. Would be nice if people actually wanted to do their jobs and help.
