Allison is superb! I had an excellent experience! This was my first time getting waxed (I chose the back and shoulders service) Allison was quick with communication and got me scheduled fast. The location is beautiful, and the waxing room is very nice! Allison informative about the process and it and it put me to ease! She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable during the waxing. The waxing was very gentle and now I have a perfectly smooth back! I couldn't be happier, after all this time I've struggled with back hair. If you're looking for a new waxing place, I'd recommend Allison!

Allison is great and has been my go to since I moved to Dallas. Very accommodating and professional. She uses top of the line wax not the cheap hard wax.

By far THEE best waxing experience thus far. I was referred and this was the best referral ever. I was very nervous because of the pain. However, Allison has techniques that are painless! She made me feel very comfortable, she’s very relaxed that kind of put in you place to relaxation. The conversation flowed and I felt welcomed!! Highly recommend Allison & The Joy of Waxing! She has a user friendly website for booking (with full price disclosures by service) and also follows up and available via text. Studio was clean and cute too! Most importantly, she is amazing at brows! The wax was painless as possible, and the results were great. She gives her expert opinion about where to wax, etc. and doesn’t let you go until you’re satisfied! So thankful to find an amazing brow person in Dallas!!
