Review Krispy Kreme - Dallas

The employees at Krispy Kreme are so nice! And the donuts were so good as well. I will definitely visit there again.

Good service. Quality donuts like themselves have always distinguished themselves, but above all they have very friendly employees. If you are on a "Road Trip" in Dallas, do not leave without first visiting this establishment, my favorite since 2018.

Poor customer service, terrible work ethic and lack of compassion for others. Plenty of donut stores in Dallas. Skip this Krispy Kreme and help small businesses instead. They won’t let you down and are happy for your patronage. I arrived with my two young kids for breakfast at 7:20 am and wanted to take them in to have a seat and dine inside. Online and at the door it says dining area open at 6:00 am. Nowhere does it say they are closed inside and only have drive through. When we stepped out of the car a young employee dipped out of sight and an older woman who was working on making donuts saw but turned her head back around and looked anywhere but where we were. I pulled the handle and the door on the side was locked but with no indication of them being closed, we moved on to the front door and again, it was also locked. I looked for I sign or anything that said differently than the store hours had specified and saw none. I knocked on the door but the older woman kept looking away from us and ignored the fact that my children and I were standing in the cold early morning. I repeated to knock, thinking that maybe she has music playing too loud rather than ignoring a family outside in the cold. 4th time to knock, she turned around with a sigh and aggravated look on her face. She then proceeded to make a gesture as if she was driving and cut throat as if to say inside closed and we needed to get back in the car and go through the drive through. I tried to point out that she needed to at least put up a sign that stated this so customers wouldn’t need to go through what we did this morning.

I had not known of this location since I live 50+ miles away. Found the nearest KK for the free original glazed doughnut when I show my COVID-19 vaccination card. I think that is all of 2021 at every location. Parking lot, doors & windows, inside were all clean. Worker greeted me, and I think my reply, asking how she's doing, and being peppy helped her respond in kind. Be nice, okay? She did a good job and explained why a box was important for the still-wet chocolate-glazed custard doughnut. Both were delicious. Google Maps directions were difficult for me. Are there two streets named Timberglen. See photo: Discount Tire is within sight. There is a traffic light at the parking lot, so you might wait to turn left out, but you'll get it. Go get your free doughnut today! And tomorrow! And....

Come on...what can I say...you just can't go wrong with these donuts. Great selection. Always great service. YUMMY. I want some more now😍

Best special donuts around holiday time, different delicious fresh donuts. Love them

Donuts are good but not as good as Nelson's donuts I grew up with. At home heat up for 10 seconds in microwave makes them better. They get hard when cold

I went to the Krispy Kreme on Marsh. I ordered 2 doz donuts. They gave me the wrong donuts when I called the manager said we dont sell krispy kream donuts anymore. Then hung up on me. I would advise people not buy at this location very rude manager. He told me to call the corp. Office and hung up again.

Saying "I have no idea when the seasonal items on our menu board will be available and don't give enough shit to find out for you." is just one of the reasons why this place will be closed in less time than it took to build it. Unfortunately, my husband and I came through drive-thru & ordered a 3pack glazed donuts. Just to be told at the window that they were out of them! Mind you, it's around 9 pm & the store closes at 10. How can you be out of the original glazed donuts?!?. Waisted my time and gas just to be disappointed 😩.

The light was on and I was expecting some hot fresh doughnuts. I drove thru and was given 2 cold, WET doughnuts. So gross I could not eat them. So disappointing!!

I love Krispy Kreme. I went to this location this morning. It was terrible. The donut holes are RAW like... It's eating dough. And I wish I could post a picture on here but my frozen large mocha is medium and only filled 3/4 the way up and literally a thin line of chocolate drizzle. So disappointed. What a waste of money.

My first trip to a KK, too my son at 6:30 am before a hockey game...and they had no plain glazed. How can a KK be out of its iconic glazed donut, at 6:30 am no less? The donuts we did get were no different than a grocery store donut, maybe a little fresher. I should have gone to the Shipley's around the corner rather than making the longer trip to the KK.

Updated: Minus 1 star after being told today no more free donut. What??? Donuts and cappuccino were great both times we've been there!!!

My daughter went to redeem two free donuts that she won at school. They let her get any two donuts she wanted and congradulated her on her school performance.

Very friendly and very efficient, that place was hopping on Donut day.

Very fast..in and out, even with long lines. They were organized. Probably my last time, I guess my taste buds have changed.. way too sweet for me.

I just left this location after having waited 10 minutes in drive through only to have them ask my order 3 different times and never giving me my total. When asked a fourth time for my order I decided to leave. It's a shame. I really wanted one of your donuts, too. I may give you another chance to redeem yourself, but really, I may just support a locally owned Mom & Pop donut shop instead. Oh, And I will tell all my friends and relatives who live in the area to think twice before going to this location.

So glad this Krispy Kreme finally opened! Excellent donuts...as always. I almost feel sorry for the two other donut shops nearby.

I really enjoyed our visit the employees were very nice we told them we were from Van Buren Ar he told us next time we can to say hi to him again he was really nice !!! Donuts were awesome!! As always

I love this location we had so much fun with everybody working there yesterday. They made us feel like we were at home and we were all family love y'all bunches see you soon.!!!!!

I recently saw a story on the Today Show and on social media how Krispy Kreme is giving teachers free coffee (with purchase) in June and July - great idea so many teachers are thankful! How disappointing that your location is not participating. I realize that your an independent store but what a wonderful example to the community you could be especially since people had been waiting two years for this location to open. Being the only Krispy Kreme store in the area you have the market and may not care but it just validates why so many stick with the local mom and pop store - customer service.
