I order a three topping pizza and extra topping of cheese, the guy with all of the buttons on his cap prepare my pizza, everything was to my liken until he applied the last topping of cheese with a half handful of cheese. When I bought it to his attention he stated that I couldn't tell him about doing his job cause he being doing it by sight for a long time. If I am not satisfied I can be given my money back and leave, so I chose to have the tip along with the purchase price return to my card.

Ordered pizza, contactless delivery (because I'm COVID positive right now and trying to do the right thing!). Food never showed up. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything until the driver showed back up. I called back thirty minutes later after not hearing back, and was told the driver said there was no chair like the instructions said and he just left it, was I sure I had my address correct!? I informed him my front door is open AND I have a ring and I can send him my video of alleged delivery not being made and he asked me to verify my address again! I'm just trying to feed my kid and not infect anyone! My address is saved in the pizza profile I've been using for years since I've lived here! Pretty sure the address is correct and your delivery person is either incompetent to deliver pizzas or doesn't care. Order from anywhere else that will deliver. Your chances of receiving food paid for will greatly increase!

The customer service is good but our order is rarely correct. We always order extra cheese on one of our pizza's and it never gets added. Most of the time it appears that there is less cheese on the one we paid for extra cheese than on the ones we did not ask for it on.

This is usually not my normal rating for this store but after the delivery I received today this is what I'm rating it. The delivery driver represents your store and this score reflects his service for the night.I actually order at this Dominos alot. And I normally do curbside but I chose delivery for my own reasons. My delivery was the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. The driver called complaining saying he wasn't getting out the car to deliver even tho that is the option I chose and paid $3.99 for. He went own ranting saying that because of the security issue he wasn't getting out the car to deliver. I payed for delivery but I had to walk down my 3 flights of stairs to his car to get my food. Unacceptable is the review I am leaving today.

So disappointed that I received wrong order and try to call the store many times to complain and no one answers . I ordered 2 pasta bowl and only receive 1 . Will never spend my money at this store again

I was fired recently because some people didn’t like me. Im such a hard worker and im always picking up the slack for everyone else. The main manger was also upset with me because I hung up on a costumer, not only was the customer being rude. He wanted to talk to a manager and the manager atm told me to “just hang up the phone”. Another incident is where a 23 year old employee tried to grope me and unbutton my pants multiple times after i asked him to stop more then once. His words were “its better to apologize after then to ask for permission first”. The cameras were broken like they always are, and the only female manager told me it was my fault because i was flirting with him. Mind you im only 15. You would think that they would treat their employees better. Im not writing this out of spite im writing this because their trying to hire new employees and i want everyone to know what their in for. Overall tho alot of the employees are amazing. They work hard and their really kind

This domino's is excellent from customer service to pick up the people inside are very friendly and helpful and and the food is great you should try them. One of the best domino's I know. Thank you all at the store

I Ordered luch for our office and the pizza looked like it had been in a car accident 🙄
It had very little sauce and toppings and was also slightly charred. This is a little below what I expect from Domino’s but it is what it is. The delivery driver was polite but the pizza looked like someone had dropped it or it a corner too hard. Also, the thin crust was not crispy and although the pizza wasn’t cold, it wasn’t hot either.
