I ordered a couple of trays for my son's birthday and had them delivered to his office in Downtown Dallas. They were a hit! Everyone loved them and my son said they were still warm when they delivered them. The entire process was so easy. I live half way across the country from Dallas and Philly Pretzel Factory made it easy to put a smile on my son's face for his birthday ( everyone else in the office too). Thanks for the excellent service and the delicious pretzels! Keep up the good work, I will be calling again!

Not just a delicious pretzel. My wife is from Philly, so this kind of thing is very important to her. I think the pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory are delicious, but my wife is the expert - and to her - they are a vivid reminder of home that brings back priceless memories through taste and smell. For that, I'm glad we found this place. I have only written a few reviews - ever. But I came home today after our second trip to Philly Pretzel Factory and wrote this one because I have never been more impressed and wanted to be certain I told everyone I could. We were flattered they remembered us from our last visit. The owner apologized it would be a few extra minutes to get the oven good and hot --- even though it was freezing outside and only 8AM!! (when they opened). After just a few min, she came outside to our car where we were waiting and she handed us a bagful of hot perfect pretzels. Honestly, a perfect experience. I'm not from Philly and don't have any childhood pretzel memories - but I know a delicious product and incredible customer service... and most of all, a happy wife. Honestly, thanks guys!

THANK YOU!!! You have made my philly husband's dreams come true here in TX. Best pretzels this side of the Mississippi!! Staff is awesome. We went in the opening week and they were the nicest ever! The mustards are AWESOME too and you can buy them by the bottle.

So sad to see this place shut down, went there today and their space is for lease... Loved their pretzels and they were always so kind.

They went out of their way to fulfill an order I had that wasn't served till 11AM. So grateful for going out of your way to do this for me.

If you like pretzels then the "crowd pleaser" is the way to go! 20 pretzel and your choice of a bottle of mustard. We eat our fill and freeze the rest to enjoy later. Just don't cover your pretzels for the first 24 hours or all the salt will melt from the remaining water in the pretzels!

Forget mall pretzel's, if you want a authentic Philadelphia pretzel ( which the owner was nice enough to inform me that's were they're began) this is the spot for you. Amazing variety, alot of great sauces (honey mustard my face so far), really friendly people behind the counter.
