I would have to rate it a zero because the customer service from the manager was terrible she gave me the strawberry pie mini pies and none of them had feeling and I'm she over cooked him and all the feeling came out had to go back and get more the person who makes the chicken now he was very pleasant and helpful and willing to do whatever it takes for the customer but the manager she is a very poor customer relation type person she does not know how to talk to a customer she does not know how to appreciate a customer y'all need to find somebody that can really do the job because people like that you won't be in business much longer I promise not in this area anyway and I just wanted to voice my opinion and my name is Lloyd Neal I am a regular she is new and very unappreciative thanks again I had to rate it at least a one to be able to post my thoughts and opinion but that is more than I would ever give it this point in time with this store need to work on getting a better manager thanks

BAD service all the way around rude ass hell I order $15.16 worth of food all of it was cold and on top of that I found something in my drink something black and slimy I called the location and asked for refund was refused a refund and the phone was hung up in my face so I called again and asked for a manager I was told iam the damn manager I asked for the 1800# the so called manager resfused to give me the number i had to look the number up online (I thew up all day at work and had a headache the remaining the day )I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and highly pissed

The fish is a mis-advertisment, The picture on the order board is NOT what you actually get. My last two fishes I got were burnt. And the chicken is o.k. too.

Nastiest chicken ever !! Full of rude people starting off with the manager !! I had came here before and it was nice now it'd new people that dont even work they just stand around and curse . they never have good sides and their chicken is dry or sometimes uncooked .

Both chruch chicken i been to service is poorly and bad plus the one gave raw chicken and at same place i brought some it was over cooked and dry

Depending on who's working place is ok at best. Chain restaurant with good chicken service could be better

They Take forever to attend you then take forever to have your food ready. And then to add insult to injury they get the order wrong
