It's has closed from 11pm to 6am on a daily with no one inside like the owner said, if you don't have the employees to work just say that don't put out a sign saying to close temporary.

Went in at approx 10pm on 9/5/21 to get a cup of coffee. There was AA gentleman in front of me purchasing BC for headaches. He asked the clerk if they had paper towels. The Clerk pointed at the front of the store. The customer asked again, the clerk pointed to the front again and spoke something that did not make sense. I told the customer there were napkins by the food. He got a few then left. The clerk rang my coffee and sounded like he said $1.51 so I gave coins to pay - I asked for a bag to put my cream in my coffee. The clerk gestured for more $ I gave the additional .10 and again asked for a bag - The clerk refused and pointed to the back of the store. I got the impression the wanted me to go put the cream in the coffee instead of taking the cream with me. It put a bad taste in my mouth so since he had not put my money in the register, I asked for my money back. This clerk got rude w me (an AA female) and we exchanged a few word. I have never ever experience this rude unprofessional service and I frequent this location a few times every now and then. I going to report to the regional/district managers bc these two incidents were uncalled for. If you don't want to give good service to customers, don't come to work. I only gave 1 star bc it would not allow me to leave no stars.

This one blows my mind and not in a good way. I’ve been to some bad 7-Elevens and when I think they can’t get worse im proven wrong. My boyfriend and I always run into the same terrible, rude employee ive ever seen ANYWHERE not just 7-eleven. He will NOT give us his name because he knows it will get him in trouble. Tonight, we went into the store to prepay for gas but he claims the card is not working and will not accept cash either. He said the system was “down” and made everyone in the store leave without trying a different register. The next group of people came in after 5-7 people left a minute later are able to check out and pay for their things. My boyfriend has worked for another 7-eleven and it was obvious to not only him but me as well that he canceled the sale on purpose. Unprofessional to deny us and kick everyone out of the store for some personal reason

This is the worst 7-Eleven in the chain the owner should take his Arabic ways back to Iraq he is the most rudest unsociable person I've ever had in contact he should lose his franchise 7-Eleven should not have a man like him working for them if this is the best 7-Eleven can do this will be the next big chain that falls

Why is the old man still working there after all the bad Reviews they have ?? We as the community must do something about it. This is a local store and none should ever feel some type of ways while spending their cash. We have to report the store or the old man that works at night . Something must be done !! Enough is enough with that nasty Attitude. Let him stay home if he doesn’t wanna to work . Try me next time I might call 911 straight up!!

Unfortunately, this It’s not the place you want to go to.. Regardless of how close the next one is or what the time may be. Very rude, impolite and just overall disrespectful. Didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say, or answer any sort of questions on their policy & procedures. This is only a nighttime problem, however. This sort of issue has never arose l during the day, but regardless I will never be coming back to this location, whatsoever, under any circumstances. I hope the gentleman you would not provide his name or store number can find something that makes him happy in life!🙏
