Terrible management. I tried placing an order at a different location but it was sent to this Ross location. This location usually gets my orders wrong every time. This is why I attempted to order from another location . Pizza was wrong and manager said to return the pizza and they can remake it. All the notes were ignored about my orders. The Alfredo pasta noodles are completely dry with very little sauce . I will no longer order from pizza hut due to it repeatedly happening

Horrible Horrible experience. I ordered online to be delivered. Usually there is never a problem. But apparently the owner decided to use door dash. Which was stupid. I live a around the corner from the restaurant. But, my kids and granddaughter were visiting so decided to order pizza for them. Before they left to drive home 2 states over. Door dash never showed up. Their driver went somewhere else. Then wouldn't bring me the pizza to the correct address. Which wasn't my fault. So she got a free pizza. Then Pizza wouldn't remake the pizza, it was their mistake not mine. It took me 4days to get my money back. Ridiculous! I wouldn't order from them until they change back to their own drivers. They are loosing a very good customer.
So disappointing. Smh. I hope the actual company sees what the franchise owner is doing to their name. Even the workers said they have had nothing but, issues with using door dash. But, the owner refuses to listen. Sad.

What a joke, I tried to be considering thinking that it's Saturday night, they are probably short staffed. After an hour goes by once I get a txt saying my pizza is out for delivery, I call back to cancel my order only to find out that my order was already canceled because were too far away, according to Google 5.5 miles, the lady on the phone was courteous and explained that the delivery driver called me to cancel the order, of which he never did. After working an 18hr day and waiting an hour and 45 minutes to get my pizza, it was too late at that point to try to order anything else, Thanks Pizza Hut.

We should be able to leave pictures. The store manager told me when they make big box pizza the put 4 pepperonis on each slice. Well since she has to cut it too she stacked the pepperonis on top of each other in the corner of each slice. That was the dumbest thing I’ve heard today. I said to her mam nobody has ever made my pizza that way she said oh that’s probably why we are running out of pepperonis. I wish somebody else would have made my pizza and also it had no sauce. Like this was the worst pepperonis big box pizza ever.

Omg! Found the biggest cockaroch crawling inside my pizza box. Call the store spoke with the manager and she asked for proof. Like I wasn’t trying to kill the roach on-site with my phone in hand trying to take a picture all at the same time.

6 hours for delivery, 2 hours for carry out, on a Friday night, it took almost 40 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to cancel the order. Very bad customer service.

Where the FUCK is my pizza? I ordered and paid by card at 10:00 pm and its now 11:22 and the store is closed and no pizza is in my mouth. Been on hold for 20 minutes and no one called me to let me know it would not arrive. On top of that I'm .4 mile away! I could have walked there faster!!! Fuck you Pizza Hut I want my money Back.

They forgot my food and didn't bother trying to make up for it either, the employee named Robert must've been on crack cuz even after I told him twice it was for delivery, he put it down as carry out!!!, and didn't even give me a total!!!!! This is an outrage!!!

I mean i came in to this branch to make sure they actually do the pizzas this time ... lady said 15 minutes ... 25 min have passed and then for i donnow how maybe liud music that doesnt let u focus on ur work ... the girl completly forgot my order she didnt even notice it ... so yeah great xperience

They didn't give me the items I ordered. Then told me I would have a credit for those items next time I ordered they didn't honor that and hung up in my face. I went up there and the GM was ghetto and rude she grabbed two random pizzas and threw them on the counter at me. I refused and she said I can use my credit next time. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
