Terrible management. I tried placing an order at a different location but it was sent to this Ross location. This location usually gets my orders wrong every time. This is why I attempted to order from another location . Pizza was wrong and manager said to return the pizza and they can remake it.

6 hours for delivery, 2 hours for carry out, on a Friday night, it took almost 40 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to cancel the order. Very bad customer service.
I ordered through the app and order was correct. The pizzas were delicious. Cooked without burning them. I'll order again soon.
