Starbucks

Dirty, not stocked, horrible service, wrong order, barista was by herself. She had her airbuds in and maybe that's why I got the wrong order made. Flys in display case. Not the first time I have had this experience at this location. It's a shame since this Starbucks was added to the store not long ago. 😑 😒 😕

I patronize Starbucks quite frequently because I love their coffee. However, I am very disappointed in this location. The Starbucks space is always dirty even when they don’t have customers! I added photos below. The napkin station is never stocked and even if it’s not being stocked because of COVID-19, the area should be cleaned and wiped down. Just disgusting. Customer service is hit or miss. There is no sense of urgency and care from the baristas. There are some baristas who really take pride in working there but others are either on their cell phones, having side conversations, or just standing around. I get a sense that morale is down at this location. I’m not sure who manages, but they are doing a lousy job. This location needs a visit from corporate office. Just sayin’. It’s a shame that this location is going downhill especially since it was remodeled not too long ago.

ATTENTION TAKES TOO LONG!!!! This rate is not a reflection on the workers or the drinks. I just think its kind of rediculious there aren't more starbucks shops in this area. The line is just too long for how small this shop is and they are way under staffed. The workers that work here deserve raises for how fast they have to work. I could complain about how orders after mine were served first but I understood they were getting the faster drinks done first and out of the way. The shop here either needs to expand or have another starbucks somewhere else in the area because this is everyday. They also ran out of inventory and I kinda feel cheated to have to pay for a larger size since there weren't smaller cups. The drinks however it took a while to get were still amazing even with all the pressure from customers.

Just overall the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Literally 1 person making drinks & the wait is over 30 minutes every time. I wish they would open a drive thru if that’s how long you plan on making us wait or get more employees!!! Get it together starbucks this location is the only one with these issues !!
