Review New Dallas Grill - Dallas

I ordered a couple of meals from them. I had them delivered. The food was amazing and still hot when it arrived at our hotel room. One night was steak fajitas. Yum and the next was prime rib steak dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be eating bluebonnet meals when I am in the area again. A must stop for sure!

I was disappointed and if I had a vehicle I would've taken the 2 piece catfish dinner back to their restaurant for a refund. But unfortunately it had been delivered. And it wasn't hot when I received it. And the ranch dressing I selected with the side salad was so ridiculously tiny in proportion that it didn't even go over the small amount of lettuce in the salad. So the majority of it remained dry. The catfish was quite sub-par and the fries were mushy. I wish I would've chosen a different place that offered delivery because I hate wasting money on food that wasn't good. This place is the epitome of consistently rising prices everywhere while the quality of food continues to lower.

Found this place on the way home from a photo job. Had the chicken fajitas which were decent. The accessories-guac, salsa, cheese and sour cream were all packaged fare, but the fajitas were freshly cooked and tasty. It’s a pretty small place inside, but they also have outdoor seating where I ate.

Their wings are off out of this world! Actually I think all of their food is great! Always nice and friendly employees. We have been ordering from them for a long time and will continue to do so!

Food was great and delivery time was fast. Delivered to my hotel; very kind delivery person! Will definitely choose them again.

Got the burger special last week and it was great. They deliver. The driver was nice and prompt and the food was AWESOME SAUCE!!! ALSO: They take cash for deliveries. I will be a regular orderer.

Delicious food, I ordered the Steak Tips and they were delicious! Cooked medium well like I requested, and definitely recieved more than I paid for! Well worth the money spent, I would for sure order from here again!

It was horribly terrible! I ordered it as a room service option. I previously ordered it months ago when I was here. BUT, they must have had different workers. I ordered the beef tips. This time they were extremely tough. They weren't cooked medium, as I asked. The appearance of them was highly displeasing (so I couldn't have eaten them anyway). They sent me a hard dry roll, that I wouldn't have given to a dog I had been bit by! They sent basically a dry salad, because they gave no condiments; One container of dressing that held about two drops for ALL of that lettuce! They didn't send enough butter for that hard roll, AND a baked potato! These people charged me $17.00 for all of this trash! When I tried to call (both numbers) SEVERAL TIMES, no one was answering by then!!!! I just packed it up and threw it ALL in the trash, because that's about all I could stomach doing with it. Seventeen dollars down the drain. BUT, it will never happen again!!!! UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: The manager of the place calls my hotel room yesterday evening, apologizing and claiming that he would refund my money. He promised to send a driver to the hotel room on TODAY (Tuesday November 30, 2021), between 10:00 am - 12 noon. He asked me to then, take down this review! He sent no driver with my $17. I called and some lady took my phone number and said the manager would call me back. He NEVER DID. At about 5:30 pm I called the restaurant again. The manager answered and made excuses about why he sent no driver with my money. He claimed no driver had time to come to the room now. Then he said he wanted this review taken down, and he would Zelle me my money. After, telling him that I wanted my money FIRST (because I don't trust him after all that has occurred). The conclusion is he said, "Don't worry about it. I'm not giving you your money back. Keep the review up!" I already figured that anyway! Why even call the hotel room with the lie in the first place. What a loser!!!! No integrity! I had already chalked the $17 up as a loss anyway. Either way, I'm good. As I said before (and now most DEFINITELY), it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. Save yourselves!!!
