Let me start out by saying, imagine wanting to be paid $15 dollars an hour and you have complete inability to put together a decent “taco”. The lackadaisical effort put forth in the service is literally jaw dropping.
Imagine if this was the service you received.. one would be applauded, and in disbelief demanding a refund. It’s 2021, time to hold people accountable. Have a conversation with employees about how they would want their food prepared and the effort that should be put forth representing a franchise.

I asked for fresh tacos and they gave me this, I asked the manager to replace them for new ones and he gave me same ones 😅 and he said do you just want your money back ? What a waist of time!

I love JIB tacos as does my family, have eaten them frequently for a number of years, and was the first time in several years ordering from this location. We ordered 20 of them and they were all terrible. There was almost no meat and the shells were stale. I couldn't believe it and was very disappointed. This was the worst JIB taco I've ever had! I hope this was a one off. I won't be ordering from this location any more.

No restrooms? Get over it. It's almost June 2021. You can eat in the dinning area, but you cannot wash your hands!

Just received a soaking wet burger from this location through Uber that was smashed together like they were slammed with customers and rushing. Except they got an order wrong so I drove there anyways.. they are not only not busy, they have the doors locked and are only accepting via drive through. I was the only one there.
Then I found out the wrong order was because they were out of stock. Why are you making me something I didn’t order because you think it somewhat resembles what I wanted? It’s completely different, just notify it’s out of stock through the damn app. I lost money because these guys couldn’t think that through.

On July 6th at 11 o'clock, placed an order for 4 reg tacos, I only got 2. I came back (rarely do) and encountered a manager " I requested four tacos & she gave me 2". I came back to ask for a manager & she denied me, "Saying she is the manager." Rrright... If so... What a shame.

They have kept the lobby closed during normal operation hours, meanwhile the employees sit inside the lobby doing nothing. The manager is very rude and racist! I tried picking up an order which should have been in the lobby, she forced me to go thru the drive thru on foot!(where other drivers think I might rob them or get hit by a car!)just to get my order which she for some odd reason will say they don't have, while it's staring her right in the face... terrible customer service

I will never return to this jack in the box ever. The manager rebecca refused me to use the restroom. I was going to order food but I'm not going to eat here now. I was in uniform also.... I work for dallas county. And she says you have to order food this is crazy, why else did you think i came here.. to eat! Never come here never
