They are very slow answering the intercom and serving people. I canceled my simple drink order because the line was moving too slow for me. I did backup to the speaker and ittook them a couple of minutes to answer then s I could cancel my order. Too slow.....
App doesn't work. Tried 12 times to place order in app (drinks are half price in the app). The app wouldn't work. Even showed the employee and they wouldn't honor drink discount. I would have saved almost $10.
Why is this even allowed? I’m highly disappointed. Cold, hard, “chicken” sandwich! I will not be returning. 6.99 for this! A McDonald’s mchicken is bigger than this! I will be calling and escalating this!
Amount of portion received was terrible. I ordered a large chili cheese tater tot and it looked like I received a medium with barely enough toppings to enjoy it. I've had issues with this location on a few occasions. I only go there as a late night last resort option.
I have come to this Sonic for years but today was the last day. I purchased a slush that had a fly in it. When I took it back the manager tried to explain that they did not have flies inside. So instead of apologizing for the mishap, she chose to look at me as though I put the fly in my drink myself
Ordered a double and onion rings. Waited 30 minutes for my food and couldn't wait any longer for it to come out and had to leave. I will not be a repeat customer. It's not about saying you're sorry. It's about fixing the problem at hand.
I ordered a chili cheese coney. Got home and had a weiner on a bun only. Had to take it back. Just check your order b4 you leave .
Didn't care for the pickles on the burger😝. Large onions were not filled to the top of the bag. Fries were not fresh. Slush was good. Burger was okay after I took the pickles off. I like the pickles they use to use.
