Ordered a drink and a shake. Asked for a Cheesecake shake and got chocolate, not the same nor similar. When paying I corrected and stated I wanted cheesecake and got a chocolate shake. Then when I got the correct shake it looked sloppy.

Feb 4 around 5:20, drive through lane was moving at a steady pace. The gal taking my order was friendly and accurately entered my order. Interaction at the window was also pleasant. I always take into account when I’m ordering fast food deciding how much I like it. I was very pleasantly surprised by the classic crispy chicken sandwich. I added pickles to mine. The chicken was juicy and warm. The breading had a nice peppery seasoning to it. The ratio of the different components was spot on. Taters tots were perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside, a touch fluffy on the inside. They kept their texture nicely.

I called the store and they constantly pick up the phone and hang up!! Horrible customer service.

This sonic is no good in service I waited for 10 minutes before my order was taken. Then a truck parked nexted to me a the girl took his order first then when asked why was his order taken first when I arrive before him she stated she didn't know she had just arrived to work with an attitude I will contact the district manager not the first time having a bad experience here

I come to eat here a few times later in the night like 9 10 o’clock and by that time the employees like to play the McDonald’s card and say the ice cream machine down. So they don’t sell milk shakes knowing well they machine works just fine all day

Over 30years of going to this sonics, I think it is over due for a overhaul. The employees, new or experienced, never had this kind of customer service. In the past 2 months I have been rushed to order only to receive the wrong and cold. The place is not even full to necessitate that much anticipation to take down an order incorrectly.

It took almost 30 mins to get one foot long and 3 shakes. The hotdog came out cold and the shakes came out with the consistency of water. They charge extra for the shake cuz it had two flavors in it even though it's the same size shake. The service there is always trash I will not be returning anymore this was the last straw.
