Customer Service is horrible giving one star is too much there should be a option for no stars. I go through the drive thru the lady states “Go ahead with your order” I’m confused, no “Hello or Good morning, but ok. I start giving my order, the lady says “wait a minute” 5 mins later she says “go ahead with your order” after giving her my order she says “is that all?”
Just rude and again horrible service ..waited 10 minutes another lady came out with the food at least she said good morning. Other than that horrible horrible customer service.

This is my 2nd time with horrible experience with Sonic.... I don't know if they have sent down Nationwide but when you place an order on the app... it tells me to check in. You have no choice but to put in your stall number. And wait. So I did on the screen it said they got my order so I waited until my screen said it was delivered but I was sitting in my car with no drink. Correct all I ordered was a drink....... so I clicked the button at the stall and I was informed they were only taking drive thru orders!!!!!!!! But I ordered through my app so sir that's not correct. Sonic fix your system!!!! The guy was nice about getting my drink but waiting 15 minutes for my drink???? I'll pass. Didn't need the sugar anyway.

This sonic is one of the worst sonic locations in Dallas!! I am a faithful sonic customer and I would not recommend this SONIC location to a starving DoG!!!! This place is filled with some of the rudest employees I have ever came across they do not care about the sonic name or brand!!! The food is stale, if it does not come out 1 hour later it comes back as something other than what you ordered!!!! They take at least 10 minutes before they ask you what you want to eat!!! I was under the impression that this was a fast food place that wants to make America happy not ruin the image of what great fresh food is !!!! This is Horrible if u want good fresh food Sadly I would recommend the MCDONALDS down the street!!!!!!!

Not at all surprised first visit the hop spilled coffee all over as he handed it through the window. He simply said, “sorry about that” and walked away. When I finished using all the napkins in the bag I walked up to the door to get more napkins to dry off with. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I like Sonic.

Every time I give this location a chance the service gets worse and worse. You’d think I’d learned my lesson but the convenience of the location keeps me going back but NEVER AGAIN. The wait to even have your order taken is ridiculous and then the wait to even get your food is horrible. Then you get your food and it’s wrong! This place has gone to the dumps and needs an overhaul of management and employees. SMH

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to! I went there for lunch today and sat there for twenty minutes after pushing the button, before someone finally came out and told me it wasn’t working. Did they bother to go ahead and take my order? Nope, I was just told to move and start the process over. They are definitely lacking in the customer service department!!!

Very slow service, unfortunately. It’s not the employee’s fault, I’m sure, fast food chains like this always run w/ as tight a staff as they can get away with, but it’s always a long wait. Please hire more people, it’d benefit everyone. Corporate included, considering this place’s reputation.

We order on the mobile app. The girl brought the 2 drinks out. They were not our drinks. She went back in and got our drinks. This girl was nice and really wanted to get it right. Much appreciated.

The concrete was nothing but plain ice cream with little tiny bit of Butterfinger and missing the peanutbutter....not worth $4 for such a small cup.
Service is not good. The waiter ran off after bringing my change so fast I couldn't even give a tip even if I wanted to.

For a few days now ya'lls ice machine "isn't working" but yesterday when I asked how are yall getting ice for the drinks, i get no response. I went to the duncanville store they wasn't selling Ice either but when i asked them the same question i got a reasonable answer. Please step your game up and you might receive more tips.

Horrible. I stopped going because they would mess up my order contantly. Its close to my house but too many bad experiences. Went yesterday 11/20/16 and was asked if I wanted food or a drink. Puzzled i said both...they tell me they have no cook on duty but wanted to know if i still just wanted a drink. I left and went to Whataburger.

Constant disappointment. You need to hire people that speak clearly. Every time I order something is wrong. Every time. Pay more. Interview better. Whatever it takes. You've got a store full of unmotivated employees that can't even be bothered to open their mouths to speak.

I dread going to this sonic, but it's close to the house and my kids love the food. I can literally count the number of times on one hand that I have went to this location and my order has been right. I would say that it's the staff but the have new staff and at this point I would honestly have to say that it's the poor quality of the speakers on those stalls that are ALL falling apart. I have to repeat my order at least 3 times for the person to hear or understand what im saying, and then the order is still wrong. Then they still want to charge your the difference for what they got wrong. It's stupid and rediculous!!!! Im over this sonic location. If I could I would post a picture of the burger they gave me today. Then they messed up my daughter's combo and then they gave me a medium onion rings when I ordered sonic sized. Their solution was to put the medium onion rings in a sonic sized onion ring bag and then charge me the difference. I told you 3 times on the speaker I wanted my order sonic sized

This is the worst Sonic ever! My son used to go there every night for a strawberry banana ice cream shake. Funny how they never have bananas but, give him a strawberry only without telling him. Last night he ordered a Reese's Pieces & got some bizarre concoction of whatever candy crumb combo they had leftover.
Has already gave too many chances & will never go back!

The person taking my order was so rude immediately, then as I begin to order he decided since my tone changed he will just begin to PRETEND as if he can't hear me. I eventually just drove off smh. And during my previous visit, it took almost 30 minutes to bring out my order (and it was cold). I was tempted to just drive off and leave it then as well. THIS LOCATION NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT !!!!!!!!
