I ordered 1 Lg pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi. Very simple order. The delivery address was only 4 minutes away. I am trying to understand how you can arrive 25 minutes late to deliver it. The order was placed 1 hour in advance. Pizza came cold. I spent $34 for cold pizza. Their phone was out of line, how does that even happen?? Never ordering from this place again.

Alright pizza. I ordered the big dinner box with cheese sticks. The cheese sticks looked nothing like in the menu and the pizzas were mainly crust. The crusts were like 2 or 3 inches thick! Not joking at all look at the pictures!They added too much Parmesan on the cheese sticks. The hot wings were a little weird looking but alright. Overall I wouldn’t order from here again. A little pricey too.

The Pizza was good and a good deal for 10.00 for a large Pizza but the air was out in the place and I felt bad for the employees so I called the main number for Pizza Hut in Irving Texas to let them know that all the employees had to keep them cool were two fans in a 100° kitchen.

I've had the worst customer service EVER from this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The employees here are rude, incompetent, and ghetto. Pizza Hut service and pizza is really good at the Continental location.

This place has the worst customer service! I placed an online order for my office, so a big order. It was supposed to be delivered and they sent a tracking link. It was never delivered and the link didn't work. A coworker went to pick it up and they told him that I had cancelled it. I had not. The store would not answer the phone. If I could give a negative rating, I would. It's a shame, too, because this store is close to our office and our guys love pizza. They could have had a great customer. We always tip the delivery drivers well. I will not be doing any business with any Pizza Hut from now on. Domino's rocks!

100 minutes, no pizza, called 5 times to get the problem resolved. Last 3 calls were to try to cancel. Call center couldnt help, just kept going round and round with them. Totally unacceptable. I'll rethink who I use for pizza from now on

I gave this place one star because I have to. I placed an order for delivery to be left outside of my door. 2 hours later, the delivery person called me and said the order will be left OUTSIDE of the leasing office (a completely different building). I asked that the delivery be brought to my door due to being quarantined and he refused. I contacted the store after all of the numbers online being incorrect and the driver refusing to give me an updated number. The staff at the store told me the driver has a right to refuse delivery despite customers paying a delivery fee. Worst service ever.
UPDATE: The store manager (who refused to give me his name) ensured the order was canceled and would not post to my account. Today it posted. I also see they have friends and family leaving fake good reviews for this location. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever received.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I ordered a pizza and got a confirmation that my pizza was on the way paid a delivery fee of $5 and tipped $5 waited an hour and a half and finally decided to go to the store because their phone was out of order and the “delivery line” was no help either well I went to see what was going on, not only was my order canceled but I was never notified that it got canceled. Then to top it off the cashier was rude!!! Don’t waste your money on this business of a joke
