Review 7-eleven - Dallas

I've been a loyal and honest customer for this store location for more than 5 years! I'm very well acquainted with the kind Manager by the name of MO whom always been so very pleasant and professional with me. However today my husband and I was falsely accused of stealing by this employee whom is in the picture below! My husband and I always purchase our items and we keep receipts for our personal records! This man is extremely rude, nasty, and down right ugly spirited and I do not feel safe going to this location anymore! He claims he seen my husband stealing, it's camera, and he harrassingly threaten me that he will be watching our every move! How stalkish is that! We didn't steal anything! We both have very successful occupations and we faithfully pay our dues! He obviously has us mistaken for someone else! And i DEMAND to see the footage of us stealing I WANNA SEE IT! This location just gotten a lawsuit baby because im going to sue! I've invested alot of money within this location, and I am a protected veteran! What tf do we have to steal for? We've always worked hard for everything that we own! This man was very wrong to harass and falsely accuse us for a crime that we did not commit! And they will be hearing from my lawyer! Ive already called corporate and filed a complaint with a kind woman by the name of Jessica and was provided a case number for my personal records! This case is being investigated and i let her know how unprofessional the employees are to not wear a name badge or take down the tons of expired food they have stocked on thier shelves to sell to the customers! This location always sell expired items and never wear a name badge for customers to identify them because they dont think anyone can report thier behavior, but this employee has messed with the wrong veteran and corporate will be following up with me.

Horrible store I live across the street and every time I give the store credit it’s the same thing every time. There always open but the door is locked then always saying there load system is down when a woman does it every time she’s at work, they are rude and have really bad attitudes. Always have problems with the pumps and when gas doesn’t work have to argue for a refund ! I hate this store and it’s so inconvenient that I have to go all the way to another one

EDit: management deliberately lying. location is still not 24 hours. if every customer deceived by the posted hours noted it here, maybe either it would be made 24 hours again or honest hours would be posted. Look, here is my beef with this location. 24 hours is a lie here. Quit insisting on posting this location as 24hours when it is closed from midnight to 5 am every night. I have repeated been informed, and witnessed many other would-be customers, that this location closes at midnight. period. Having the local 7-11 no longer offer its iconic 24 hour never close no matter what hours somehow is alarming to me. It has a feel like somehow our civilization is teetering on collapse more than if someone rammed a 747 into the downtown skyscrapers. During my preferred and most productive hours, when I need a break from my mad science experiments and/or streaming videos of various members of Congress secretly inserting insects into their various orifices, I use a quick trip to 7-11 as a grounding experience to use as a touchstone to the real world, where I and my fellow deep-night entities can shop and observe our mutual existences. And this is a distinctly AMERICAN sort of experience. Its loss saddens me. First no 3 AM Walmart expeditions, now this. So depressing. Anyway: management, please stop advertising this location as 24 hours.

I see that people have been complaining about not enforcing the mask policy, and the pan handlers outside. If that truly bothers you then don’t read this review any longer. However... For a 7-Eleven these prices are great for alcohol and tobacco. I mean the best in the area. I live very close to here, and I only shops here as I can get 2 packs of my camels for $12.00 out the door, and my tall cans of beer are 2 for $3.50 so I’m steady shopping here everyday. Is the staff here a lil Leery & apprehensive at time sure...until they get to know you. Then they cool people and are local living. The staff is just tired of thieves ripping them off, and they, like us, have a home and family to support. I’m happy and proud to support this business, and this (as always from me) is an honest review. Hope this helps y’all 🤠

Miss Jenet at this 7-11 is very rude. She needs to understand that she is not the boss and needs to do her job accordingly. Her job is not to police uber drivers that are doing the right thing delivering to pay their bills. Unprofessional and rude!!

It says 24 hours but it's not.They make there own time to open and close.The workers are slow and no help.Its always backed up and always out of things.The hot food is always old,then they get a attitude if you ask for fresh food.

Their food is always old and hard and when I say something about it, they don’t do anything. Very poor performance and i expect more from 7-11

This 7/11 was cool at first. I use stop by every morning after work to get something to eat. Now that they hired a new woman it's always closed to be 24 hours and they are just standing around not doing anything.
