Really really good customer service food came quick. I ordered the wrong meal then I went back to the drive-thru explain to them what I did and told Them I could would pay the difference or extra if needed. they made it right for me without even charging me very friendly staff.
1st time I placed a mobile order. They messed it up. Okay that's fine.
2nd time I placed a mobile order. They still messed it up the order.
It's a mobile order. Every single customized item is on the screen. You can't mess it up compared to a telecom order.

Today's experience sucked. Still a loyalist tho. Ran out of all my favorite things today which I understand happens from time to time. No Baja blast, no chalupa shells, doors were locked so I couldn't bypass the ridiculous line of cars for what should have been a quick pick up order. Friendly servi

They repeated my order to me and still made it wrong. When I called them he wanted to know how much my order was. So I grabbed Receipt. He proceeded to tell me he'd didn't have an order for that amount in his system. He said it would have been more than $5.85 if I had chicken chalupa instead of beef
