Review 7-eleven - Dallas

This was a very upsetting experience! I had driven around the area with a friend. We wanted ice coffee but, all the 7-11's were closed for inventory. This one happened to be open. So we go in and the first machine had no cups for the ice coffee. The clerk said to use the clear cups they are cheaper. So once we attempted to get ice coffee the machine was empty. The clerk then advised us to go to the other area with coffee. That machine was out of certain creamers we wanted.....and the coffee also was low. So when we each asked the clerk at seperate times. He finally answered us after the 3rd time asking. Mind you he was just standing behind the counter doing nothing work related. He replies back saying "no, I'm not doing that. Use the machine over there We're like it's empty, that's why we came over here. I got very upset and said that's ridiculous. Your literally doing nothing and you can't even do what a paying customer asks?! On top of me avoiding all other open gas stations to only go to 711 which all were closed except this one. I said I don't even want it anymore. But my friend did so I paid for it. When I went to the register he took my cash but stated "your mean" to me and pointed to my friend and said "your nice." I became very upset. And said your job is customer service. And you're being rude, smart mouthed and lazy. Just standing there doing noth related to your job. I said I'm gonna complain about my experience in my review here. He immediately wanted us to leave. He never looked up after that. Locked the door behind us. And refused to let anyone else in. And, then he pretended he was working.

I was racially profiled at this 711 do not go there and plan to call corporate tomorrow.

Love the customer service here! All the workers are amazing! They stay open all night unlike other locations that shut down at night even though they should stay open

Love the staff and clean storefront. I know I can always drop by if I need a cup of coffee or a snack before work, and I'll be greeted by a friendly face. I'm normally faithful to QuikTrip, but anytime I'm in the neighborhood, this 7-Eleven is where it's at.

Always clean, well lit, but lots of people asking for money. Good selection of higher end items, but beer selection is lacking. Try the 7-11 s'mores ice cream. Or any of the 7-11 ice creams. The 7-11/Jones sodas are also pretty good. They have a legit orange cream soda.

Best 7-eleven ever.

Staff is always nice. The owner works there and he I awesome.

The store is clean and the people are friendly
