Cashier at drive through could not answer my questions about the posted deals, someone else came on and answered and I placed my order for the sourdough sandwich combo special from the poster for $6.99. Got to the window and they had no idea what I had ordered, was charged for the rg. combo, at $7.89. I had asked how much extra curly fries were and the original order person told me a few cents. Thirty cents is not a few cents in my opinion. Why can't they just tell you what the actual price is going to be? Why are the shake machines not working at night? Food was not even good. Sandwich bun was flat and the meat looked like it had been sitting a while. Was not freshly made. Fries were dismal. Cold, old and just pieces. Looked like the leftovers at the very bottom of the fry basket. Not fresh and not a single full curly fry piece. Just ugh all the way around. Have sent in my contact info as requested. Will see if anyone actually contacts me directly.

On 5/21/22 a little before midnight I passed for late night meal . Although, they did forget three items from my order (chicken sandwiches) when I called back to let them know Jessica recognize their mistake and offered a FREE meal for the inconvenience. I’ve always experienced rude service from managers when this happens (other fast food restaurants) so I was pleased and very happy with the outcome Jessica gave . I would’ve given a review even if the free meal was not offered because not only was Jessica polite but also very professional with the situation . Thank you Jessica .

I literally am walking distance from this place and try to avoid going there. They play this b.s game where they put cones to block the drive thru & lock the doors when they dnt feel like working. Don't ask how I knw I just do. They do it morning, noon, and night randomly, lol remember this place suppose to be 24/7. Always make you pull up to wait for your order no matter what you buy and never get it right. I think they do that so you don't ask for sauces or if they forget something you don't go all the way back in or thru the drive thru smh. JUST DONT GO THERE!

I had a good experience at this location today. I ordered the sourdough jack. I haven’t had this in a LONG time and I was satisfied. Customer service was good and i was offered condiments. Overall, good working staff during my visit at the drive-thru. Will come back to this location again in the future.
