This man that work at the Dunkin shop is severely angers and super aggressive I never in my life had a older man tell in my face over a coffee Bc he made it wrong I asked if I could exchange it for something better and not as sweet, that’s when he started yelling at me no that’s your fault for ordering, so I’m like yes but I didn’t know it was going to taste sooo gritty and sweet undrinkable. So he told me no!!! Then I was like ok I would like my money back if I can’t get another drink and that’s when everything went down hill he was throwing things, yelling at other customers chatting them twice then I went to take a photo of him I really thought he was going hit me he just ended up stroking off leaving his coworker stranded with a huge line

I ordered for a large macchiato- it was overflowing and milky 😩 and watery 😑 horrible taste!!!!
The jelly and chocolate donuts was life savior!!!
The staff taking order was rude, arrogant and not welcoming. She was having rude face, didn’t greet, no receipt, and they had only dozen donuts displayed next to the register. Seriously 😐 worstu Dunkin branch 👎🏽 The management should give proper training for the staffs.

When your 10 year old asks for a white sprinkle donut, your cashier should not say “does it look like we have white sprinkle donuts?” The donuts were fine, but when your kiddo asks why the lady was so mean, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth anyways.

This is all I’m going to say...landed in DFW airport beTween gets 10-13. Went straight to Dunking Donuts! How are you a donut shop and not have any donuts?!? Shaking my head!!!

Got avocado toast. Bread was stale, not toasted. Tomatoes were cold as if recently removed from freezer
