Yalls prices went up like 20 percent over night so I will no longer be eating at subway because I don't think 13 bucks for just a sandwich is worth it.

I don't see the point of posting operational hours when the store is locked up 15-30 minutes prior to the closing time which according to the young lady working is an operational standard .....a waste of my time and gas

Thank you very much to Subway on Audelia and Walnut Hill for getting it right all the time. I used to frequent this location back in 2019, and l probably will again this year because the other Subway won't fix the card machine. I never had any problems with this Subway. The people who work here are amazing! Even though Subway discontinued roast beef and Sriracha last year, plenty of tasty options remain available

I’m Hispanic myself so I’m not one to point people out but I’m sick of a specific worker (Hispanic guy) who can NEVER get a simple sub order right. Always puts the wrong item in the Sub and when you tell him you didn’t want that he gets really upset and takes it off with attitude plus doesn’t take it all off. Everyone from my house hold always had issues when they go there because he’s so rude. The Hispanic ladies who work here are so sweet. That guy has to go. No social skills.

Upon visiting this subway We ordered our food and that was fine, except when finished paying another worker came out from the office area and looked at my wife and said ”what do you want” which is not an acceptable way to communicate with a customer. We had not dealt with her the whole visit there, but it seems she could use improvement with her communication skills and customer service. Another note is that if you are behind the counter, at least be out of sight of customers when you sit on a ledge glued to your phone when the store could use some attention. If there is time to lean, there’s time to clean.

Thank you, Subway, for being open and fully staffed during the blackout after the big storm! One of few places to get food this week after the power was knocked out, and the place was packed! Employees worked as quickly as they could to get everyone their food, and it was good and plentiful and affordable!! $

When I'm there and there is a Hispanic customer in front of me, the Hispanic Manager always seems to give them more meet. Then when she makes my sandwich, she skims on it. That is horrible favoritism. Customer service should be across the board. When I go and see her there, I turn around and drive around the corner and down the street to the Subway on Ferndale and NW Hwy. The other employees though are warm with smiles. Some of them are graduates of Lake Highlands High School and are always nice.
