It never fails! They never answer the phone and their response is "phone died". If only you could customize your order online it would be perfect. Only reason I give 3 stars is because they never ever answer the phone otherwise it would be a 4/5. When I am there they always ignore the phone or pick up and hang up.

Terrible experience at the location on Ferguson next to the Dollar Store. The cashiers were extremely rude and tried stealing my money. I ordered two pizzas, one was correct, the other wasn't. I wanted a refund on the pizza that was incorrect. The person at the register told me I had to wait until the manager came the next day. I was refused a refund and a new pizza that could've been made correctly. Those people are horrid and prejudice. They were also minorities, so it was hard to understand .

I go here regularly and today may have changed that, you have a pic on the glass that states $10 for pep and cheese stuffed crust when it's rung up on the receipt it says $12.12 and then there's a $4.10 topping charge added to it, so in all the time I've added something to a pizza I've never had a $4 topping charge. I use to speak highly of this place but no more.

The employees dont really smile, phone doesnt work to preorder. I do love the little pizza portal they have for online orders and they make up for the lack of service with the quality of food. Plus its 3 min from my house.
