What the heck!?!? A quick, polite, pleasant experience at a fast food drive through? The place is clean and the landscaping is so nice, I actually noticed it. The lady on the intercom was polite and patient with my rambling changes and questions. She was actually paying attention to me and not taking another order or doing something else. Food was ready 2 seconds after I got to the second window. It was a rare pleasant experience at a McDonalds, so good that it necessitates public kudos.

They gave me the wrong order. I had the people's food from the car behind me i noticed there was no pancakes in the paper bag. So i was honest and returned it to the lady at the window. With now having no confidence in they're order serving skills, i checked the second bag she handed me. Sure enough i was missing my hash brown. I'm so happy i knew what to expect. Check your bag before you leave this specific McDonald's. Customer service has changed, a lot lately. So disappointing.

I tried to pick up breakfast for my girls and used the app for a smooth and quick transition. When I got there all the lights were on but nobody appeared to be there. One car in the parking lot, but no answer at the drive through. I pulled up to the first window and again no one was there. I went to the pickup window, and by this time a couple cars were also impatiently waiting. I honked and waited, then went back around to the drive through speakers. They really shouldn't be open 24 hours if there are no employees working. Even a police officer pulled into the drive through for breakfast. This location needs to get it together.

I came here to pick up an order I placed through the app only to be told by the employee through drive through I was at the wrong location. I was 100% at the right location. After arguing back and forth she admitted I was at the right location and instructed me to pull forward. I was given my food without a receipt and when I asked for my receipt I was told to pull into a spot for mobile orders. 15 MINUTES LATER I still didn't have my receipt. So I pulled back to the window and honked my horn asking for my receipt where I was ignored. So I then waved attention to a manager who also attempted to ignore me and walk into the store where she then finally handed me my recipet unapologetically telling me they were busy. What I don't understand is why she didn't just simply hand me my receipt if she already had it on here. 🤦🏾‍♀️ they also lack employees who speak English or have basic common knowledge on how to place orders which I guess is why they work for McDonald's

Wanted to get a bite to eat before picking up my little one from daycare. The dine in was very trashy and filthy. And a duranged woman came in disrespting the security guard. So maybe 🤔 that was the cause of the dining room being trashed out. Due to juveniles fighting. So, what do you say when you do find a clean table to eat, and the worker picks up trash but not close by where your at? I'm already being disturbed 😳 by a derogatory speaking individual as if they have no home training. And in a place of business in a bra and sweat pants 👖. Around children and juveniles at that. The one time I decided to dine in, I wasn't satisfied or pleased. Usually I go through the drive thru and eat on the parking lot 🙄 in my car.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, no one is in the drive through to take orders so I always end up leaving and when I do order the lady taking my order is not even paying attention and just laughing with her co workers and gave me the wrong order because she wasn’t paying attention. I might as well clock in and make my own order and do it myself since they can’t do it
