Review Pizza Hut - Dallas

Angel took our order and was very professional and pleasant to speak to. She made sure I understood what we were ordering and was patient with me as I looked for the address to where we were. I appreciate her hospitality and patience. Anytime we are in the mood for pizza we will always order from here, when in the area.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, Esther the "manager" is extremely rude and ghetto. I had placed the order online and confirmed my order details. I placed this order for my staff members and even had the confirmation of my order as proof. When the third party delivery driver showed up he only had one pizza and I ordered two. I called the store to ask what had happened and spoke with Esther. After I explained what happened the very first thing she said was "Well first of all that was your mistake you didn't order correctly" I told her I had a confirmation of the order I placed and then she said that "it didn't matter because I was supposed to get an email confirming the order" I asked to speak with her manager and she said she could not do that because she is the only manager. She did not apologize about the issue or even try to make things better, I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the type of behavior this "manager" had. She clearly has no knowledge in customer service satisfaction and I will definitely not be purchasing from this store for any future events.

I was giving the wrong pizza, when I called back and talked to the lady name Angel “who was not an angel”, she didn’t want to fix my order or refund my card. She told me I had to wait till the next morning and bring it to the store manger. This I s has been the second time I had problems from Miss Angel. When I told her I didn’t feel like I had to come back in the morning, she in turn cussed me out and hung up the phone in my face. Know I work in costumer service as a hairstylist, and if I was to treat my clients like this I would not have a job. If people are not will to respect others they should not be working in customer services. It brings a bad name and repartition to PIZZA HUTS name and other employees. And yes I will be calling corporate. I want be called out of my name and sho want be called the N WORD. I pray s as nd hope someone talks to this young lady band tell her how to treat customers, because this could have gotten very ugly. Especially with me sitting right in front of the store. Mario

This place is so trash. 2 women, one latina/of paler complexion, another afrolatina(?) lighter complexion - both around medium/slightly large size, & a african man, very curly/long hair, smaller size, were there. All in there 20s. To disclaim: i sincerely apologize for describing their physical attributes, most especially by their ethnicities, as I did not get their names. As I was slowly getting out of my car/pulling out my cash, i noticed one of the women with the black/brown hair shake her head (smh) at the girl with the blonde hair as they were about to count change. So the blonde haired lady decides to take the 2 pizzas on the counter real quick and throw them in the trash in the back. I get to the door and the girl with black hair (knowing that this was done) decided to signal at me that they’re closed in a disrespectful manner. I don’t appreciate how these women did not consider my circumstances, esp bc there was an issue with the app so my order went in late. I arrived right at 11:02. Meanwhile, the man had just left right when I arrived: given he could’ve opened the door for me to pick up one of those pizzas that were thrown, had I gotten here a minute quicker. I will say, after I expressed my frustration, he politely asked me what was wrong (I was very upset because the woman in the black hair was gaslighting my knowledge of me seeing them throw it by continuously saying “they’re closed” so that they can successfully go home and avoid the situation)…. Yeah no. I tried to call to avoid this and the line would not go through either, so they probably didn’t receive it. Go during the day (or not at all). At night, they don’t give a damn about the job or how to treat people. 👌🏼now I have nothing to eat tonight.

Placed online order at 1030pm, was confirmed and payment proceed ($32 with tip.) An you're later i had to call twice to find out they cancelled the order. Stopped taking delivery orders at 10pm. NO Mention of this on site and no notification of cancellation. WOW. Refund should be in process, but i may have to chase it down. After 48 hours of fasting, i was looking forward to this Pizza. Pizza Hut will no longer be a consideration. One day, I'll leak that phone conversation. 🙋‍♂️

My order was wrong. They replaced my pizza and were very nice. Good service goes a long way. Keith was great thank you

Make sure you have what the customer orders or let them know you dont have an ingredient they ask for befor they drive to pick up. I wouldve give 0 stars. I ordered a chicken pizza and got there looked at my pizza and theres no chicken. Cashier offers to make another goes to the back then cimes to the counter and said they didnt have any chicken. They shouldve notified me befor even making a pizza that i fudnt ask for. There was no way of fixing it since i dont eat beef or pork. Needless to say i was very disappointed

Three hours later and no pizza. No one is picking up at the store. I’ve reached out several times with no one answering. Just want my money back at this point.
