Went to this jack because it's close to the children's hospital which my child is having surgery at. I am from Tulsa Oklahoma so i don't know the area. Let's say this place felt unsafe, dingy and all around a bad establishment. I guess the cameras showing what's behind in the drive through are supposed to make you safe. I tried to go in to use the bathroom but the doors were locked and when they opened i was informed they weren't working. Using the drive thru i ordered and it took a while so i got told to pull up. Before i headed to the front i asked for three ranch sauces (had to ask twice). The customer service was non existent and down right uncomfortable. Well while I'm waiting for my food the employees seem to be making laundry soap deals right in front of my (i was even asked if i was interested in this detergent exchange) finally my food came out let's say i had to ask for ranch again because it was not provided. I said thank you and the silent return to the store definitely made me feel like i will never go here and maybe not even jack. The food didn't even taste like it was fresh considering how long it took.

This Jack in the Box is ALWAYS VERY SLOW in the driveway. I will just stop coming here. They have no sense of urgency, and the customer service is very poor. They are rude, from the manager to the cashier at the wondow. Then with an extremely long wait, the food is still always cold and old. Do not waste your time or money.

Oreo milkshakes are delicious. They installed huge LED lights that are disturbing birds internal clocks at night. Their parking lot is rented out to the nightclub across the street during the evenings and its very noisy disturbing the neighbors as they are blasting music and setting off alarms past midnight. Attempted to reach management to address these and tree issues but it's impossible. Manager never called back :(

Cheap fast food. A variety of foods are available. Go through the drive through for fast service. My food was hot and tasty! Nice staff. Make sure that you lock your doors and hide valuables of you choose to dine inside. There is a lot of homeless people in this area and a drug paraphernalia store (Gas Pipe) a few doors down. Onion rings are good, but not better than Red Robin. Hahaha!

They are a little slower than other locations but I feel it's due to the amount of traffic they get. Busy location

Service here is like Okay!!! Because there's always different workers, I would like they go back to use sesame seed bread and make the spicy chicken like before, the thicker crispy chicken is too much more flour....

Was going to eat here, love their curly fries, but why does it smell like open sewage inside? Maybe I'll try again next time I'm in the area.
