It’s truly unfortunate that we have to posts negative feedback in order for restaurants to improve. This is my local McDonald’s on South Hampton Rd in Dallas Texas. This is the third time that I’ve ordered an apple pie and it’s been expired. The filling is completely solid and the crust is hard.

I been going here for a long time and after they fixed it up it looks more modern now it’s up to date they have kiosks that you can order from and new play place for the kids also

Mc Donald's has been a bad experience , all this week. My coworkers and I experience racist and bad , poor management. Went to the Mc Donald's in West Dallas , waited in line for my turn. The cashier literally skipped me over to take the order of another customer. My coworker and I walked out. Today ( 07-01-22 ) we walked into the Mc Donald's on I-20 and Hampton. The manager came up to the register , asked if we had been helped , and before we could answer , she responded with " good " and walked away . This is not good for , especially when being singled out. Also , my 3rd coworker got his oder all wrong , not to mention that his food was cold the previous week , at this same location. No more Mc Donald's for us !!!!!

drive through is quite fast and efficient, although sometimes the lane that I am in is answered after the one beside me even if I arrive first. thank you

They had to go back 3 times to get the order right. They also said I couldn't get the drinks I ordered but they charged me for. Then charged for a barbecue sauce.Drive thru attendedant acted like he didn't understand "coke zero" and "sprite" (in Spanish its coke cero and esprite 🙄)

Chaydo was a very nice supervisor very attentive to me needs,she was training a young man in da process but made er'thang was accurate & correct, plus er'thang was hot & fresh not to mention it was quickly made!!!👍🙏

I usually love coming to this McDonald’s .However today was a game changer they messed up my order in which I understood since it was so busy thankfully one of the managers was in the window and saw right away I was missing a few hamburgers she was sweet and asked me to move up to the curve and wait for them .Besides that matter a few minutes another manager named CAROLINA came to my car trying to acuse me of stealing her burgers !?!? I told her nicely I did not have those burgers and that the other manager had checked right away when they were given to me.I have NEVER felt uncomfortable like I did today !
