A fishing problem
To start off.... the store was not answering the phone and was rerouted to a call center. I was not aware it was a call center till an hour went by and I called the store. An hour went by and my pizza had not even been made!! The manager said he would get right out to me. 40 minutes later I can't reach them on the phone and your call center can't either. I decided to go to the store and they told me the order was canceled. Almost 2 hours and 4 kids at the house starving. So I went next door to PaPa John's and they had my pizzas in 10 minutes. Will be using them from here on out.
I know this will fall on deaf ears but I am going to post this to let my neighbors know how bad this store is.

It's very simple, read the reviews and take measures on what you are reading. It's all there from multiple people that have gone through the same issues. Fix them! But I'm am 100% sure that you guys don't care about these reviews or ever do anything to correct any of it. As long as you're making $$$.

Don’t bother with their curbside delivery….they won’t bring it out. After 10 minutes I finally went inside to get my pizza. I made a mistake and didn’t check my pizza before I left, so when I got home I had a chicken bacon ranch, not the buffalo chicken I ordered. I called the store and their excuse was “yeah we were busy”. I should have learned my lesson with this store after they canceled a few orders in the past. Next time I get a pizza I’ll just grab a ready to bake from Wal-Mart….they taste better and are cheaper anyway.

I waited for my delivery... and my order never arrived. So after waiting I called to check the progress. Its 1:30pm, and when I called the store informed me that they will not have any drivers available until 6PM. Why would you have the option for customers to get a delivery on the site if you don't even have drivers available to fulfill orders at that time?? Now I have to wait for my money back however many days that may take to return to my bank. Ridiculous

worst pizza location ever. waiting over an hr 30 an checked the tracker.. said it wasnt being prep’d. which was what it said when i first ordered. thought maybe they just werent updating or it was off. so i thought i could call the location and just ask. they answered then immediately ended the call 4 times. never again

Actually we were having problems with pizza Hut they never have drivers and lately the pizza sucked anyway we call Domino's they delivered the pizza on time ,was nice and hot very surprising loved the pizza. so anyway in your face Pizza Hut lol 😁
Info Unnecessary
The pizzas were okay but the cheesey bread only had cheese on less than half of it. Since this was a stop on the way home it was going to be an inconvenience to go back. They need to pay attention.
