Yesterday December 26th,2021 at 3:03pm. I ordered a Caramel frap venti size without whipped cream. When I got my order, the drink was used with plastic sipping, strawless lid. When I asked the barista guy to switch the lid to the one that has the hole for the straw, he was aggressive and rude. He asked me why? Give me the reason." After that. I said never mind. He then proceeded to throw the lid at me and told me that since my drink did not have whipped cream, I could not get the lid I wanted. He insisted that since my drink didn't have whipped cream, they would not be able to use that lid., and it doesnt make sense to me at all with frap. He was very rude to me, but was nice to another customer who was the same race as him. I was having difficulty putting the new lid on my drink, so another barista named Laurance (as I remember) helped me. Laurance was so nice to me. The photo was my drink after he helped me change. He made me feel better at the very end. I will not come back here.

The service I received today was STELLAR! Melissa is an absolute rockstar and deserves a raise. As a business owner, I'm telling you she needs be considered for top tier management. The patience and compassion she showed the trainee was so heartwarming. Her ability to multitask while providing prime customer service was a sight to see. They don't make them like Melissa anymore more so please hold onto her. The vibe in the shop today was on point!

Very crowded in the mornings, but I go at around 5 pm sometimes to get pastries and it’s very fast. Overpriced but if you’re craving pastries at any time after 10 am, go for it.

Good location but very crowded parking. Small store so not enough tables to work or hangout at. But overall good service and internet is fine

It was quiet and not busy. The Seriously Strawberry frappe was good (nice and refreshing). I was there during frappy hour, so the drink was a little more than a dollar off (which was a great discount).

Waited 25 minutes and never got my grande dark roast coffee. Wasn’t an order that had to be made, just poured and the lady kept looking past and shooing me. I understand if your busy but if you poured the guy behind me and the person behind them why wouldn’t my simple drip coffee be taken care of. Be aware of your surroundings. Not good customer service under pressure at this location.
