With all the bad reviews here, I'm surprised that owners haven't been more involved in saving this franchise location.

Food was hot but our dinks were flat; we had to wait for our order and they forgot to put ketchup and our fries.
Just pay more attention on the orders that you parked.
You cannot make the customer wait for their food and not have their order complete and flat drinks.
Greeting and taking the order take forever, don’t tell you the cost prior to getting to the window, don’t show order on the screen, so how you supposed to know the exact change or amount to have ready at the window. Then if busy, you are asked to go to a lane to wait they still go car to car asking
