Quality of food is good, but the service is kind of lacking. I ordered food through the mobile app and the lady came up to my car and said “here”. Nothing more. I know it’s McDonald’s and it may not seem like a big deal, but great customer service is key in any industry.

I've been to this McDonald's many times for my usual coffee as it's the most convenient location on my way to work. Unfortunately I experience more disappointments with this location than satisfaction, and I order almost the same thing every time. Whenever there is an issue, whether they don't have what I originally wanted or mobile ordering isn't working, they don't ever offer a solution to the problem. I typically sit there in awkward silence until I suggest a solution which can be frustrating. As a former food service employee of over 5 years the service I receive at this location manages to surprise me every time and never in a good way.
A strange thing lately is that they've "been out of frappes" for almost over two weeks when I visit, which is sometimes 5 days a week. It's not unavailable on the mobile app or even on their menu. In fact they'll let you order it and then tell you at the window they don't have them. But if I order on doordash and have it delivered I manage to receive one. I usually take an iced mocha instead but with no money return even though a frappe is more then an iced mocha.

Fries tasted old. They tried to force me to take the wrong order then got mad when I asked for my order then apparently couldn't find the copy to my receipt when I asked multiple times for a copy of my receipt. Had to wait longer for my receipt. Then my order was thrown together ketchup all over the outside of my burger. I came at 12:35. Even the night manager was rude. DO NOT COME HERE !!!! I believe they are scamming . They will verbally take ur order then if u pay cash they will keep the money .

This spot was ok. The customer service was great, I didn't have to wait for a long-time to receive my order. And the ice cream machine always works when I go. So I would say thumbs up.

They got the order wrong. I ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder and a Drink, I received 2 Macs, a large Fry. I told the clerk about the Fries not seeing the burger on the bottom. She said don't worry about it. They got the Drink right.

I ordered and got to the window and no receipt. I was missing one ofy burgers and then the wrong sandwich. I talk to the manager she said i was wrong cuz she took the order. Im 100 percent disappointed even of the issue was fixed. At the time the staff was having issues with not only my order but other customers as well. I'm not coming back being because of the rudeness of this establishment.

You tell them what you wants in their language and don't do what I wants. No napkins, or any condiments.. Everything is slappy. Is a fast food and you stay on the line more than 10 minutes

They do a good job when I order my food, one Sunday when I came from Antioch, I had order my pancakes and hash brown, they automatically gave me 2 syrup packets on my tray when I ate in there for the first time and now whenever I come up there, I will ask for another syrup packet, but I like it when the syrup packets automatically comes to me.

The young lady who took my order today was great and did exactly as I asked! I was here last night also. While the lady who took my order was pleasant my food wasn't as I requested! (Yes, I'm aware that the lady who took my order, didn't fix my food!) I'll just say this: ur idea of fresh (been sitting 10 minutes) and mine (out of the grease, on my bun, then in my bag) are VERY DIFFERENT!!! And since it's MY$$, I'd be most appreciative if u serve it the way I order it!!! OR at least tell me I don't want to, and I'll take my business elsewhere, Thank you very much!!!!!!!!! Also, this may not bother anyone else...but I have an issue with it! I watched a young lady clock in. As she walked to the back of the store, she scratched her head! She wasn't out of my sight and I never saw her wash her hands before she came back to the Frontline and began packaging orders? Please correct these behaviors!!! This could have,so easily, been a 5 star rating!
