Great store, haven't been to a bad one yet though.

Came by about 20 minutes ago and bought tacos from here and as me and my people eating them we notice they taste weird so we opened them and see they are BURNED. I work in customer service and i will never give out food thats not good. This Is very unproffesional and my first and last time coming here . will love my money back too.

Ordered from Uber eats a couple minutes ago, to start off, My chicken strips (4 count) and Strawberry Milkshake are missing. And Food was cold , also to mention. There was a bug inside my sprite. I’m not sure who is in charge of the Night Shift, but I will be contacting management as I did take a couple sips prior and now I’m feeling sick. I hope if you choose to go or order from this location, you check your food prior to.

Going through the drive threw tonight and For my drink asked for blue Powerade Worker said there wasn’t any of that kind, which I completely understand my husband nicely asked what type they had then and Rude worker reply’s in such a sarcastic way. I understand it’s the weekend and probably been a busy day but that’s no excuse to treat customers rudely !.

If I could, I’d give this place a zero. Worst costumer service and they even have the audacity to disrespect you and act like you can NOT hear them because they’re so naive and think they mute themselves.
My advice to manager Ana: you need to tech your subordinates to respect customers.

They say they are open 24 hours in Dallas oak cliff every time I go they are closed .after I place my order at night trough mobile online. don’t waste your time on mobile
