Those gas station who can not provide bathroom to a paying customer, should not exist.
( Though I have added full details in survey URL but here is the details. I was in this area for my daughter to attend an event at Barrack Obama Leadership Institute and while I wait, I though to grab breakfast. As there are not much in this area, I thought at 7-11, I can grab some breakfast and coffee but when I came inside.. I looked around to find restroom first before I can eat. I could not find one and then i was greeted by a staff ( Sat 3/26 8am) and I asked if I can use the restroom. I was told they do not have restroom. I know providing restroom in such neighborhood might be challenging but at least you have to have arrangement for paying customers. I decided not to buy coffee at this place and went to Dollar General who let me use restroom and I bought stuff from them.)

I visit this location on a regular basis because I recently moved within 1 mile of this store (NEVER MOVE TO THIS AREA). I suppose that this is the 7 eleven that the crack heads are welcomed by 7 eleven staff to hang out all day every single day without fail. Each and every time that I visit this store I am hounded by fiending dope heads that demand money before I can even exit my vehicle. They will knock on your vehicle window until you acknowledge their need for money for drugs. Many of them are argumentative which I learned on my very first visit to this store over a month ago. The crackheads that they allow to loiter freely in their parking lot are argumentative and demanding. These are not homeless people down on their luck. They are still high when demanding my hard earned money. I now carry mace, stun gun, and pocket knife with me just to buy gas or cigarettes ONLY AT THIS STORE!!!! Tonight at 4:08am (I work the night shift, btw) I needed some Newport's before going home and knew better than to stop at this particular location, but it's the only thing open when I get off very close to my house. I was immediately harassed by one of the many neighborhood crackheads that love waiting immediately by their front door. The crackhead lady was engaging another 7 eleven patron as I pulled up begging for change for drugs. I was hoping that the crackhead would be too busy to notice me, but of course she leaped immediately to my vehicle as I was exiting it. I have encountered this lady more than once at this 7 eleven as well as other places surrounding the 7 eleven (beauty supply store, donut shop, Williams chicken, etc.) She literally has a full time job getting peoples money to smoke dope. Tonight, I decided to speak with the 7 eleven personnel again to ask why they don't stop the aggressive loitering in their parking lot so that customers can purchase products from them without being harassed. I was told by the employee there that I personally should do something about it since I was the one that had a problem with it sarcastically because he was uninterested in the customers safety or comfort. I could not believe that he would say something like that to me considering I am a customer, nonetheless he did. I predict that he is well acquainted with the crackheads and enjoys their company. This must be a franchise store and the guy that was working there must be a relative of the owner to have the audacity to speak to a customer so rudely over a legitimate concern. Ultimately, this store enjoys their crackheads, and are probably supplying the drugs that the aggressive zombies loitering in their parking lot so desperately need. That is the only conclusion that I am able to draw from such a bazar response to a customer safety concern regarding loitering, argumentative, dope heads that are there all day long. 7 eleven loves the crackheads that harass their customers. Sad :( I informed the employees that I would be leaving a review and complaint with 7 eleven, google, etc., and he really didn't care. He was high too, I guess. There were two employees that I noticed there. One was a very young light skinned guy who said little to nothing (probably new) and the other was a darker skinned guy that I have seen working overnight there a few times. Usually, this same guy is very rude & smart mouthed, but today he was extra.
No time for paragraph separation, grammar check, etc. Time for bed so that I can go to work again tomorrow evening. I do have just enough time for this brief review though. Goodnight.

I was asked to show my DL for purchase of tobacco product if the customer looks under the age of 30 years old. I am 40 years old, clearly looks of legal age to purchase tobacco products but I went back to my car in the rain to get my DL to show proof of age. I brought to the attention of a posted sign stating they ask for ID for anybody that looks under 30 years of age to the cashier and asked if I looked under 30? Another employee from the back of the store yells out to me “If she ask for your id you have to show her!” And then directed my attention to the employee in the back and asked her if I looked under 30, she replied “to me no”. I tel her thank you, because that’s all that I was asking. So now I focus back on the issue before hand with the previous employee she but she did not reply. By then a 3rd employee with a badge named Laure came from the back and looked at me and told me to leave her store. I asked for a for a manager. She stated she is the manager. So I asked for the owner’s name and corporate phone number to report the rudeness that I have experienced, she stated she is the manager and then threatened to call the police if I don’t leave now. I asked her again for her credentials in which by now no employees are responding. There are drug users, alcoholics, and homeless surrounding the store at all times of the day and night. Very unsafe and dangerous place to be. I will NEVER go to that store again.
PS: And the smell of the inside of the store was horrific and very dirty.

There is always a line, coffee is rarely made and old if it is. The cashier's don't seem to care about the store. However, if you go to any 711 north of the Trinity you would have double or triple the cashier's. The ownership of this location understaff it on purpose to take money out of the neighborhood and support the store up in the white part of town. FYI I am a white guy and the bigotry which 711 utilizes is freaking obvious.

Always beggars at this gas station. I noticed that the credit card safety stickers were ripped in all the gas tanks, I told an attendant and she said she would note it. Came back 4 days later and they were still ripped to where it said void. I told her once more and she said the same thing. Called customer service for 7-Eleven, I let them know about the issue. Gave them all the info they needed came back 2 days later and they were fixed no thanks to that worker. Do not pay with card at the pump if you see the card sticker ripped, that's how you get your info stolen.

Dangerous location at night. Homeless people all around the door. No one practiced social distancing and many customers weren't wearing masks. People were stealing. One man walked out with 3 cases of beer and no one said anything. I shop at 7 Eleven 4 to 5 times a week.
