This store is not open 24 hours. I arrived here Sunday Morning at 3:30 AM and the doors were locked with the only staff using the slashed throat sign that they were closed. Please edit the hours to accurately reflect the hours this store is open to prevent inconvenience of the customers and incorrect information on maps apps

This stores gas pumps Take Your Money from your card but don't produce any gas,when you're forced to go inside to tell them they tell you to wait 12hrs to get your money back,meanwhile it has caused your card to Decline because the faulty pumps maxed your card.This happened to me in April,it took 6days to get my money back,but my 18yr old daughters money has Not been returned to her card its been 4days.ive been going to this gas station for 20yrs and this problem just started occurring!really sketchy!

Honestly the 2 guys that are here the most are the only decent workers. Today one of the new guys threatened to call the police on me all because I asked to choose one of the bic design lighters. I've never been so insulted and at a place I go to everyday. If a member of management could please contact me I'd like to file a complaint.

One star for the young gentleman WHO TOOK MY HUSBAND'S MONEY and then accused him of not paying for his gas, today December 5th at around 4:00 PM CST. This dummy was too busy checking my husband's ID and forgot that he took my husband's money for gas. When my husband came back in, the cashier accused my husband of not paying. The cashier finally agreed to print the receipt and discovered that my husband DID in fact pay for gas. Train your people better 7-11. I will be reporting this store. Pathetic excuse for customer service.

They are theives I agree. At first, there staff members were playing mind games with me by forcing me to walk in the store four times just to get them to turn on the gas pump after i had already paid. They also cheated me on the amount of gas I got as I knew $15.00 would give me more than half a tank, and it barely gave me over a 1/4 of a tank. Their staff members also watch you at the ATM. I had one follow me out to the parking lot one time and ask for money.

I would not recommend this 7-11; I stopped for gas and paid at the pump (which my husband warned me about) and a week later my card was used at various out of state locations. My bank investigated and proved that there was fraudulent activities from this location. I called and the staff was unconcerned; I believe they were involved!

Thieves run this store every time I come to get cash back this man gives me problems to today he declined my cash back but took the money out of my account and refused to give it to me. Tried to show him where he clearly took my money didn't wanna even look told me get out his store call the bank so they basicly stole money out my account. This wont be the last you hear from me.
