I don't go to sonic often, but when I do, it's because I'm craving a hot fudge sundae. They always do a great job at this location and I just wanted yall to know that. Sure wait times may be a bit long during peak hours, but I think people should have compassion for those that work here. Great job guys.

I have never had this type of drive though expierence. Multiple points for a vehicle to stop and place a fast food order.
Computerized screen keeping you informed of the order process and who is to deliver your food.
Within couple of minutes food is delivered to your vehicle.

Well i wasn't expecting a good experience, but it was lol. With all the reviews I almost left to go to another burger place off of northwest highway. Here are my reasons of why I gave five stars:
Fries were hot (not everybody's dedinition of "hot" is the same) i believe the majority of people would enjoy the fries I got. I think they changed the seasoning too cuz I never was a fan of their fries. Unless this location just added a bit more salt than other...but i digress
The shake was like a typical Sonic shake. I can't really remember a bad shake from sonic (or drink period). They didn't just throw it together cuz the crumbs on top seemed placed (or maybe their just that good at throwing crumbs lol i don't know)
The burger i will admit was warm, but it was sitting on cold lettuce, under cold tomatoes with room temperature sauce and buns...sooo had I not eaten the burger when I had gotten it, it would have needed a quick visit to the microwave.
The girl that came out was slightly on the heavier side but she was still movin as if there were people lined up! I watched her a few times and she tried smiling with customers and being polite, and that makes me trust everything I'm eating. Bad attitude= bad food, but she was good.
They updated their system! Not one of the reasons, but I just wanted to throw that in there lol.
Now, of course I feel blessed for this meal and fortunately got good service. It wasn't outstanding and blowing me awayb but I don't need that for 5 stars. As long as I like what I paid for, 5 stars to me means I got what I wanted. I can't say if everyone comes here they'll get the same experience, but I felt bad that this place got such low reviews and just had to go all out on this one.

The food is good, and the employees are polite, especially lately. It is hard to order with the noisy Car Wash next door and the employees are often unaware of any new or limited time items. Today made three times in the last year or so that I have come here where they were not aware of the new item and I had to explain to them what it was several times. They check and figure out that they do have it, but it is a little confusing. Today the item was pickle fries, which was not on any menus, and they acted like they had never heard of them before. With staffing shortages, I have it been here a couple of times and gotten in the Drive-Thru line, only to be told once I got to the speaker that I needed to pull into one of the stalls to order. It seems like they are starting to get better about staffing, and have been seeming to keep their normal hours lately, whereas they were closing very early a lot of days.

Horrible service. Waited over 20 mins for someone to take my order. Another 22-25 for my food to come out. Checked my order (as usual) it was incorrect and I told them they said they’d “fix it” and for it to come out took about another 12-15 mins. They didn’t fix it, it was sloppy and awful looking. But I didn’t realize that until I made it home. Will never go to this location ever.

First time to this location. My sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. The Buffalo Boneless wings were hard and dry and my fries were stale and my son found 2 little bugs in his slushie!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
The post from Sonic below (2hrs ago) is advertising $5 chicken dinner on Sunday (today). I order one and an extra drink and was told it was $10.05. I ask why and the drive thru stopped responded. When they brought my meal, I explained to the car hop that above their menu is a sign advertising "$5 Chicken Dinner on Sundays". He told me it ended today and he thought the date was on the sign. (If it says "ends Sept 3, common sense would dictate this is the Final Sunday of the deal). I explained that they needed to honor their advertisements (online, on tv and on their own menu) and he went to speak to the manager. Upon his return, he said they would honor it "today only, just this one time" like I should be the one that is grateful for them honoring their signs!!!
I've been fed up with the slow service and have felt bad that they have lost so much business to the newly opened Chick-fil-a but I will NOT be returning to this location ever again because of their poor customer service!
