The food, the service and the employees are all speedy and delightful. Grateful for this location and the women who run it because I've never had a complaint and would rather go into the mcdonalds in walmart than to be asked to pull forward and wait 15 minutes while my fries get cold and burgers are just being made at the next nearest location
. 5 stars for the best location within 10 miles.

In the past this McDonald's was a little under par for the McDonald's I grew up with. The service was slacked, meaning they seemed less customer orientated..but now this team has got it together..the food was fresh, the drive-thru was personal and was courteous..The main things customers like when it comes to fast food... Thanks for making it a good night!!!

I like to treat my child for good behavior every so often and a little ice-cream or cinnamon pretzel is a good way to go. Their are tables, which is nice and normally very clean. The staff is usually very friendly, have only gone a few times in the past and received a worker that did not want to actually work, lol. Now however the staff is very sweet and helpful.

So I went to McDonald's on trinity and midway in Carrollton. First thing a guy came from trinity the back area driving really fast in the parking lot almost hit me. He came up the wrong side because its normally a one way.. Then when I met him in McDonald's and told him that was not nice he laughed. Then he turned to Brittney who is McDonald's manager and asked and she agreed with him that he can drive up the one way. Maybe he can but you should always yield to pedestrians, he did not. I couldnt understand her saying that because most people comes off of midway to turn into the drive thru. Very rear does anyone comes through the back of trinity and make a U turn to go to the drive thru. Anyhow that made me upset. Then I came there for the steak and egg breakfast and they no longer carried it. So another goof. Then I purchased the big breakfast and wanted mocha latte but their machines were down so only black coffee. I should have walked out but I used to love that particular McDonald's. I live an hour away now nd since I was down in the area I visited but it's just not the same. I would never return again. Pic of the truck that almost hit me below. Watch out for this caucasian guy not very nice.

So the manager gets my order all kinds of wrong because she only half speaks English. So I had to give her the order 5 times and it was still wrong. Then she gets pissy because I pointed out that she left the go gurt out of my kids meal and she mumbles under her breath, snatches my box, shoves the gogurt in and slings it back. Really? Hey perhaps if the employees spoke English, there would be less mistakes and faster service. Just saying.
