I love coming to come and eat at this place. The cashier Michelle is so nice and friendly. She is professional as a cashier. If you want good costumer service, she is the one to give it to you. When it gets really busy, she tries her best to attend as quickly as possible. She is a good hard worker.

I love their food and their service. Leslie is amazing!!! My total was 41.11 and I handed her 61.11 by accident and she was so honest and handed me back my extra $20. She was so sweet and smiled the whole time. Definitely coming back!!!

She took time taking my order allowing me to speak before asking questions... This is important; because in this type of high volume environment she made me feel appreciated and not rushed, as many of us do when visiting a fast food restaurant. Came back to Dallas and after having stayed away because of service and quality, I decided to try PR again. Fact is I have been to the Abrams 3 times already within 2 weeks because their 1/2 chicken has been so fresh and good, I went two days back to back. Again everything in my meal from the chicken to rice ,beans and the salsas was really good and seemed like it was just prepared. I also tried another one of their locations in Plano and what a difference in quality. So Abrams & 635 location, great job.
BTW even the staff was friendly and did a great job of being attentive each time I was there. So PR you got me back but for now I'm sticking to this location.

I visited the store this evening and i wasnt very sure what to eat but the Manager Juan recommended the chicken soup and i have to say it was delicious ! I also had never tried the bottled coke until today and i am a fan! Very pleased with my visit i will definitely be coming back.

At this location the employees are very respectable and always get my meal correct . So far Iāve been to this location twice and Iāve havenāt had any issues and the food is always fresh and hot. The management are very friendly and I will definitely be coming back.

Today was my 1st time and definitely I will be back. Let me tell you I started out ordering a chicken quesadilla, but after chatting with the cashier: Andrea about the half chicken meal being a favorite, I added it to my order and it was absolutely the best. Everything was fresh and OMGeee the chicken was so moist and well seasoned it was perfect.
