I had the number 17 and I asked them to make it fresh and hot and that's exactly what I got fresh fries curly fries and a fresh pita sandwich with a fresh diet Coke I was content with my purchase and with them taking care to ensure that it was fresh. The staff is very friendly runs a little slow The drive-thru that is but you have to understand there's so many people going to this location and it's open 24 hours a day. Thought it was this money's worth I appreciate it thank you.

The food was fresh and hot. Which is a plus. The wait was long about 20 minutes. But with fresh food I was not to upset about the wait. The staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely go to this location again.

The cashier at the drive-thru is very friendly. Jack in the Box is open 24 hours a day so you can't go wrong going there. I work at night so it benefits me. My grandkids love the tacos 2 for a $1.59 so I usually get about 8 tacos and a box of mini tacos fully loaded and a chicken teriyaki Bowl with egg rolls. sometimes I get the Jack sourdough double cheese burger with bacon combo.

Tried the loaded breakfast sandwich... It was awesome. Made mine the combo with a vanilla ice coffee. It was really good. As a avid ice coffee drinker The ice coffee here could definitely complete with the best coffee shops around..

This jack in the box has always been a hit or miss for us, but our recent visit was phenomenal, the drive thru cashier Ruben at the time made this experience great, he read out our whole order while handing it to us, letting us know everything was there. We felt no need to check in our bags. Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten in a fast food place in Dallas.

The staff is fantastic. During multiple visits, I've had excellent customer service experience. The only con is a decent wait, but I'm sure it's primarily due to the short travel distance to the window. Food is always great, classic Jack experience.

It is probably, surprisingly, a very good place to eat as far as fast-food goes. Always hot and pretty fresh when ordered. You can't beat a few tacos and maybe a sourdough jack to settle your hunger. And don't forget the curly fries!! Always one of my favorites.

So I went to Jack In The Box off Garland Rd and Jupiter in Dallas Texas and I ordered 2 orders of potatoes wedges and I mostly got an empty box. Ridiculous!!! It was 6 wedges for more than $3.00 I've been to others and this has never happened but this location seems to do it with everything even fries.

Came and got dinner two nights ago at this location. I got two munchie meals and churros. It took a long time to get my order. I finally got home and all my food tasted bad and was cold. Unfortunately the man working the window never gave me my receipt so I couldn't get my food made right. The man was extremely rude too. I am very disappointed in this Jack in the Box. I just want my food made right and not cold.
