Sonic Drive-in

There was a piece of plastic in my Cheddar Peppers. The food here is always good, the shakes are always amazing, however for the first time, I was eating a cheddar pepper and there was a piece of plastic. After telling my boyfriend, He said he had found a piece of plastic in his slushie. Hopefully management finds out what is causing the pieces of plastic to break off, this is making me scared of eating from this place and I hope they can fix it since I love how close this place is to our home.

I always order through the app so I can get 1/2 soft drinks and they usually come out fast, unless I add the ice cream cheesecake drinks which seem to take so long like 10 min that the order status disappears from the big screen making me wonder if they're still working on it, but eventually it does come out. So just be prepared for a wait if you order that. The staff that brings out my food is always courteous, confirms my name, thanks me and wishes I have a good day!

I'm at about a three and a half with this particular location right now. It's the second time I've been here and the second time that they can't seem to figure out an order placed on the app. The first time they told me I needed to check in. You check in when you arrive at a stall and put in the stall number on your app. Other locations don't seem to have a problem with this. Today I wait while everybody around me gets their food and finally push the red button. I asked where's my food and now I am told that it is being made and will be out when it is ready. A CarHop immediately comes running to my car with my food. How long did it sit there? It's warm but then again the weather is in the 90s! Get it together gang!

I dropped in here on the way to Home Depot. Was in the mood for a hot dog and tater tots. Service was fast, food hot. The "car hop" was very friendly. I gave her my usual tip. She said, "If you need anything, just push the button and ask for me." She even dropped by a few minutes later with her tray of condiments and napkins.
