I’m sick of you consistently dropping the ball. I worked at papa johns for 4 years and the way you run this shop would have gotten all of us fired. Late deliveries, missing things, cold pizza and today…. Missing toppings on half the pie.
Surprisingly they have really bad reviews. However, I’ve been to this place multiple times and been great. Love their pizzas and garlic breads, but for sure cashier/staffs are pretty ignorant/rude, get orders wrong like put different sauce or not giving your drink if not asked for etc.. saying this
The quality of the pizza is always good. I would have rated higher except the staff consistently messes up orders. More than twice I’ve had items missing, or ended up with someone else’s items in my order. If they paid attention better to what they’re doing this could be one of the best fast pizza p
This place is a joke. I ordered two large pizzas and waited 45min for it to be delivered and about a hour later I hear a knock at the door and the person had a medium cheese pizza. They took it back and I tried to call them and they would not answer and now they are closed and I’m out of all this mo
Those that are writing horrible reviews don't see the hard work and long hours this staff is putting in. I picked up my order and noticed the manager was the ONLY one working that day. Thank you for always doing your best! Oh, and the pizza was amazing. Thank you again!
The Pizza was very NASTY, NOT COOKED, CUT SLOOPY- LOOK AT HOW THE CUT THE PIZZA!!!!!!!. I will NEVER order from PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. This was on Lemmon and McKinney Ave. This was not worth half of what I paid for and the 2nd pizza was worst than the 1st pizza.
