I was at the register at 10:20am. There were 2 people in front of me. They have ordered and the cashier just moved 5 feet away. She was in my eyesight the whole time. I waited for 5-7 minutes until I asked one worker there: “Can I order please?”. She responded: “If you don’t like to wait, you can eat somewhere else.” I left after that. If that’s my restaurant, I would fired them all.

Worst customer service ever. Lady was rude on the speaker at the drive-thru. And then try to protect What She Said by saying I didn't know my speaker was still on. I also asked for the five Big E dollar bag meal with no onions berries onions on this burger will not be returning if I could give you a corner of a star I would.

It's 11am on Monday, June 6, 2022 and I ordered an apple pecan salad thru the dive thru. I was told that they do not have any salads, but there is no signage on the menu to that effect. My question is why don't you have any salads? Is it because of the Black and Hispanic neighborhood? This is the same Wendy's that blocks off the drive thru I'm the mornings, so you have to walk inside. This is the same Wendy's whose Paniniachine never worked. It's just sad and it needs to close down. Black people eat salads too.

Horrible customer service.....I understand that they may be short staffed, but we don't know unless you communicate that to the customers. It doesn't take but a few seconds to communicate to the customers that you are short in staff and your order may take a little longer.....I only ordered a simple Salad and it took 15 minutes to get my food. All the customers who ordered behind me got their food before me and I was on my lunch break so I was on a time limit. The crazy thing is, the district manager was right there in the lobby, so I asked him (with respect) sir how long does it take to get a salad for a customer? It was then when the server addressed that they were waiting for the chicken to cook. I completely understand if they were short staffed but in these cases, communicate this to the customers please.

Usually have bad experiences at this location due to customer service which cause me to avoid stopping here but today i decided to give it a try and Lashay was very nice and attentive.

If your not black in line you be waiting 10 minutes before someone helps you and they didn't have fries no chilly no potatoes no frostys no cups for drinks go to McDonald's.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget got 8 and a sour cream and chive potato no sour cream...this place is a poor excuse for a Wendys. This isn't the first time they have messed things up.

Not enough staff to run the place....long line of people waiting....either that or not enough training for employees

Music blaring in the back where they were cooking made it impossible for the person to hear to take our order. We order two different times and both times they got the order wrong because they could not hear.
We first ordered jr bacon cheese burgers and large fries and we just got regular jr cheese burgers because in her words she didnt hear me say that. Second time we order two of the 50 cent frosty's and they lady charged for two large fries. Told her it was wrong and of course she said I didnt hear you say frosty. Then she did not bother to give any money back for the difference in 2 large fries and 2 frosty's. The frosty was just handed to us in a medium drink cup. We gave up!
