Burger King

Received a gift certificate online on October 13th, tried to use it same day but was told it needed to be printed out. When I finally printed it out when back and was told by asst manager that I couldn't use it because he had never seen these codes. I decided to try one more time before I called corporate, so when I went in and showed it to the manager, she asked what I wanted and she even gave me a small drink for the extra .70¢ I had left on gift certificate. Finally I found a manager willing to go above and beyond!

So I’m giving 5 stars because the employees are so generous and very kind hearted, I didn’t get to get their names but today (July 13, 2023) I got lost on my way home and I’m not used to driving far away from home so I had stopped at this Burger King to ask for help and they offered me to come in, ones I went in the store they gave my 2 year old kid some water and fries so she can be comfortable, she was very hot since it’s 103° outside. I really appreciate it that because not everyone would’ve cared like they did. It was 3 employees, if one day they read this, I just wanna say THANK YOU ! you guys are amazing !

I have visited BK for a long time, sometimes it has been good and some others not so good, but whenever I have gone it has been because I feel like eating a whooper and it is not usually Always, and this time I came to this store you can see that they have been updated with the soda machine and some other things which make me decide to come back to this place because I also found fast and good customer service, that's why I recommend this store and for sure I will come back soon Good service And actually I recommend if u got anything for complain just ask for the manager and they give you the solution, pst just don’t try getting discussion with any regular employe That way all of you will see the good customer service that all of you was looking for.😊

not bad or excellent, but if they are correct, that is, they serve people well, especially the night boy tries to solve the problems that arise, as happened to me, I did not have a type of diet drink, but I wonder why another drink and so he gave me a good service, the only bad thing is that you have to give a little maintenance to the children's area and the toilets, then everything will be perfect or Excellent actually

I recommend this Burger King. I've been coming through the drive thru for years and have always had my order correct. I passed through on Monday at 9:50pm and the lady took our order correct. Fries were good, onion rings were good, and surprisingly the tea was also good this late. Not even McDonald's with their 24 hour restaurants manages to have fresh tea all the time. Will definitely be picking up food here again.
