I need a negative number to rate what this location has turned into. This used to be the best Whataburger in town it’s right down the street from us we ate there about once a week I’m posting two pictures from The last visit I had which will absolutely be the last visit I have this is terrible the line is always extremely long it always takes at least 30 minutes to get your order and a lot of times it’s not right, the previous visit I ordered a burger with no onions and they put extra extra onions on it I’m done

They have good food here. It is just very busy at times, being right off the highway. The food is hot. The drinks are cold. Just check your bag to make sure you have everything you asked for before leaving.

Terrible experience, order a whata chicken sandwich meal, chicken was old and cold and fries tooo I mean come fries only good for 4 to 5 minutes and chicken must have been kept well over 30mins

They wouldnt even acknowledge me at the counter. Not one bit. With no other people in line, they never so much as spoke to me. Then, after 10 minutes at the counter, when I walked away, they served others. Check your cameras and see if I am telling the truth. I am! Disgraceful lack of professionalism and service!

I waited in line at the drive thru for literally 45 minutes and I would have got out of line but the way it's made you can't! When I FINALLY got my order the fries were cold and salty the burger was slathered with mayo even though I specifically said plain and clearly said no mayo! I went home and gave that food to my dog I will starve to death before I go back to another overpriced poor excuse for a food chain Whataburger restaurant!

Service at night is horrible!!! A lot of kids working here with an attitude like if I made them work here!
Updated review: came at night and it was the Service was fast and accurate, no more kids no more attitude. Only a couple of Hispanic workers who were down to work and no trouble at all!!
07-02-22: Returned during the day and Service continue to improve!! Keep up the improvement!!

If I could rate this place for indoor or drive-thru it would be a 0. Very unpleasant. We were in the drive-thru line for 40 min after ordering. We finally drove off. I expect better service. Get help or get your employees to work instead of 3 on break at the same time. We got there at 3pm. So sad. Never had such a bad experience at a whataburger.

Walked in establishment at 6:40pm... After a few minutes guy without name tag took my order. I believe he was new. I ordered two what a chicken sandwiches... I received my order 17 minutes later. And one of the sandwiches was not made correctly... I asked for mayonnaise since it didn't have it on the sandwich... I waited 5 more minutes for Mayo... I end up walking out of the establishment at 7:05pm. Bad customer service. Not attentive. Seem like the employees running the place instead of the managers. 2 stars for my chicken being fresh as requested.

Every time I go they always mess up my order like yesterday for example they made me drive back and forth because they messed up my order 3 times first they forgot my fries and didn’t get the size I asked for then my sweet tea tasted like dish water and finally they forgot my onion rings like really !!!! So I’m not going to be going back to that location at all !!!

Im so sick of this Whataburger. Its ghetto and trashy. Yall let homeless people camp out in the lobby . looking at them now. Charging phones and pizza and chips. Thought this was a burger place. On top of that its busy as hell pnly one cashier whos slow as hell. Its way to busy for only 5 total employees. Drive through line wraps around the building. So bad management. And its not just today. Its like this all the time. I hate it when my son asks for breakfast here its the worst. Always horrible service and takes all day. I dont get it. I just saw a homeless guy go behind the counter and unplug his own phone. Yall crazy. Thats how you get robbed

I went for lunch and the manager already had an attitude and when I got up to the counter she asked me what I wanted with an attitude so I was like okay she’s having a bad day I understand so I order a patty melt with pickles, 6 slices of bacon, avocado,and she was just raising her voice at me and saying is that it damn so then I got pissed and said no that’s not it make the fries large with extra salt, and Grilled jalapeños on my burger and then she said so a large combo and then I said with a loud voice no I only said the fries and she was like you don’t have to yell at me sir and then the guy behind me told her “don’t play the victim he came up to you was speaking nicely and then you had an attitude because your have a bad day” she just looked at him like whatever, and after that I got up to go use the restroom and spilled my drink so I went over to the guy mopping and said hey I spilled me drink can I borrow the mop he shoves the mop to me and says here I was like whatever and as I’m going the manger screams at me and says sir you can’t do that and I turn around and tell her if you didn’t have such a bad attitude maybe none of your employees would too and they can actually do the job they are getting paid for, the guy who was behind me and said something to her the first time looked at the manger and said this is ridiculous and asked for a refund and so did 2 other people! It was just ridiculous! I’ve been trying to work on my anger but shit like this makes me so upset!!

I'm visiting and my daughter said I had to try the food. She had not been to this location. The burger was delicious but the establishment needs a deep cleaning. The workers need a little more training. Had to send the food back but it was corrected. Will try again but not this location.

Worst Whataburger in the entire chain. 100% of the time the service is bad. Long waits, incorrect order, rude employees. It doesn't even feel like service, they act like it's a customers privilege that they allow you to order food.

I will never go to this location again I ordered a Whataburger x pickle and x tomato with mustard..they put mayo on it and when I told them
.instead of them refixing the burger or even refixing the bun they freaking scraped the mayo off and gave it to me .

Food is good but attitude bad & place not clean > Tables not wiped. Bought order for drive throuhg We were inside even told for here . Got charged for an order of ff.'s that I didn't order. Not happy with staff order desk. Need some checking into.
