You can't hate on Pancho's. You know you're not getting the best "Mexican" food out there, but you at least know it's consistent. The service was pretty great and you can't complain with the price. 9 of us ate like it was our last meal for $11 each, can't complain.

I remember this place as a kid and it's still as great as it was then. I love raising the flag and the quality of food is really good for the price. I know some Pancho's are not very good and really take a beating from their customers. But I feel this location has more to offer. The only thing it could use to make it perfect would be a little more update on the decorations if perhaps a little cleaner looking.

It's been over 10 years since I last visited. Now, a much smaller interior with a much more personal experience! Exceptional service!!! I WILL be returning sooner rather than later!
Recipes remain unchanged! And the food was even better than it was 10 years ago!!!

Pancho's is an interesting restaurant. It's not really 5 star cuisine, but it's good. It is what it is, and if you grew up with this food, you will be delighted that someone is still making it. I'm sure some one came here and hated it for various reasons. That's not me. I love the fact that the staff were so personable. I love the fact that they are keeping this dead brand alive, even after the corporation vanished. It's a trip down memory lane to eat here.

I'm rating 4 for my personal experience. It wasn't very busy, so maybe that made some of the difference in service? Everyone I encountered was pleasant, and took good care of my needs. As for the food, nothing that stood out, but people this is a very inexpensive buffet!!! If you want fancy made to order or gourmet food, no this is not your place. If you want to fill up on as much as you like of simple mexican food that you will have to spice up a little yourself with their pico or hot sauce, this is your place. Good value, for the buck!

The entire family enjoyed Saturday lunch. Everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant is smaller than the Pancho's of my memory, most of those have closed and yet we did not feel crowded. The food was definitely just like I remembered and each of us have a favorite so it was all good. You don't know what you have until it is gone. Thanks

Food and service was excellent! Air conditioning system seemed to be having issues though. One side of building was really warm and other side somewhat cooler with oscillating fan going. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

I was pleasantly surprised when I ate here. My hopes were not high as I have had poor experiences with Mexican buffets in the past. If you like guiso (which I do) that is also on the buffet. Our waiter was also very attentive which can be unusual for a buffet as well.

This Pancho's is awesome. I call my order in, packaged perfectly... food is always hot and as good as expected. VERY CONSISTENT! Been going to this one for at least 20 years.

I cant be for sure, but i feels there was a change in the resturant which in turn did change the entire experience to a new. From how clean the restaurant looked to how the food tasted. Panchos was always a favorite of mine but seeing these changes happen really did bring the nostalgic days of my child hood. Thank you so much for the meal 😊😊😊

Worst food ever. Yesterday I went with my family to celebrate my birthday, bad idea! Awful food had no taste at all. I do not recommend this place at all.<br/>Never go to that place again

Mexican food for despondent people who have given up. Lost your faith in humanity? So has Panchos. From "Enchiladas" as skinny as a crayon to items on their menu they don't actually carry, to the baffled look when you ask a server for something youve bought that it turns out they dont actually sell (milk on the kids' menu). The only ghost of joy here is some honey on sopapillas. And I don't get their process: at first, the customer goes down the line and cafeteria servers fill plates and pass them to the customer. But on subsequent trips you just tell a server what you want, and they go fetch it for you. At which point you take your plate and get up and walk right back to the bar to add any salsa or pico de gallo. Which means Panchos has cracked the code of how to add maximum extraneous steps to an ancient buffet process. even the 1970s arcade games have accepted defeat ("No Refunds") signs on each one). The employees are really nice, which is surprising given the "Mexican funeral" flavor of Mariachi music. Maybe it's because it's fun to pretend you're roller skating on the slick floors? The employees are the bright spot. They really are sweet, not kidding.

Worst place for dining. Extremely low quality, taste, variety and freshness on food. Extremely poor service. The place allover - tables, halls, restrooms and even the cashier area is a mess - like a dead end, filthy and dirty.

Poor Poor Poor Service!!!!!!!!!. I attempted to order late night dinner for my kids and I. I pulled up to the drive thru at approx 9:20pm. My children and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes (no one ever acknowledged us over the intercome) only to find out that they closed at 9:30. The MANAGER allowed my children and I just to sit there in order to tell us the restaraunt was then closed!!!!! How rude and discourteous !!!! I will NEVER go there again. There are tons of other establishments happy to take our money!!!!!!!!!!
