Normally l don't put reviews but today l cam to have a lunch and everything is so clean and more organized 3 week ago was very dirty and people just get slow and confuses with the orders, l hope still good like today cuz really like Burger King

The food is as good as ever, but last time I ordered a Double Whopper through the app I got a Whopper, I'm waiting for compensation. The people in the store are very friendly.

Update 08/31/2023 received great service today. Food was prompt and the lady in the drive thru showed great customer service skills (european? Lady with blueish hair). Was very happy with my visit.

It's a hit or miss. Over the years I've had horrible service here, good service, and everything in between. I think it boils down to who is working at the time and if they're short staffed or not. Decent service overall. Recently no complaints.

Those managers have a really bad attitude I just went to order on 4/4/2022 at lunch time, I order a promotion 2*10 and since your order they make it difficult to order at GMOR ( Get my order right ) and order was wrong and the manager got upset. I told her why she was mad and they said we are not going to sell you. I come to the lobby and the 2 managers were so rude with me they said get out here were not going to sell you, I just said why your upset. I hope this incident is recorded the high level managers take care of this. To this ladies specifically to the Mexican manager. You can not treat your customer like that if you think you have the world at your feet just for being a BK manager good look in your professional career. Im just in shock since all the reviews have the same comments about this girl I've been there 2 times and they were very rude. If you treat customers like that this place is going to go to bankruptcy soon. If you do not like take orders you're in the wrong work. again you can't treat customer like the way you treat just for ask for the orders right. Never said your customer get away from here were not selling you just for asking why you get upset. I hope the high level managers see this post and take care actin about this girls treat customers.
